Then I challenge them to show me ANY example where they are treated as badly as this guy by our government or institutions.

Go on, I dare you. Just one example where you can have your wages forcibly taken from you and then some, plus be incarcerated, for a child that you have no connection to whatsoever.

Naah, you can be a father, you just have to be SUPER careful who you do it with.

For me, the key was finding a girl with a big loving family that holds its member accountable for their behavior. And she has to be the type who really cares about what their family thinks of them.

I got in good with my babymama’s family, earned their trust and respect, etc. Now there’s pretty much no way she could get away with any “shenanigans” and not lose total face and respect from her family as they all know I am a good dad and always do not just right by my kid, but also go above and beyond.

This has kept things pretty courteous and reasonable now for 13 years. I get to see my kid as often as I like, pretty much whenever I like, subject to reasonable scheduling considerations – i.e. if I decide I want to take her overnight on the spur of the moment, but her Mom had plans for dinner with visiting family, that kind of thing.

It can be done, but you really have to watch what kind of gal you do it with. REALLY. The ones worth it are rarely the hot ones btw.
