I wouldn’t be for 50/50. I think that puts a lot of stress on the kid to not have a real home base so to speak. That’s particularly an issue if the parents don’t live close to each other.

I would go with enablers. I think woman would still intend to stay married if they were happy with hubby. It’s only when things go south that they chose Divorce + cash /prizes.

@narwhal: I get what you’re saying, but my point is divorce rates would plummet if that was the default judgment. Women f~~~ing know the power of the pussy pass. It’s always in the back of their minds.
