    Hi all

    If I need to unsubscribe from an upgraded status then how do I do that?

    It’s simple – just use the contact link at the top of the page and request it.

    I sent a message about this quite a while ago and it hasn’t been actioned. I just sent another one.

    Is it possible for this to be looked at?

    It is rare for no one to respond for this long of a period. I have also sent in a few requests which have not been responded to for several weeks now. I have also started a thread to alert the admins in case they are reading the forums. Let’s just try and be patient and hopefully someone will respond soon.

    There actually was a way to cancel the subscription without contacting the admins, but I am not sure why that option was removed. I think it creates more problems for the admins this way.

    I think members should have the ability to cancel just as easy as it was for them to sign up.

    Go to your profile, scroll down and you either have “Cancel My Subscription” or “I wish to delete my profile”
