I hear this time and time again from folks who are in their 60’s and even older than that. My Dad is a prime example and he is 76.

They always say the reason they don’t retire is “Because my wife would likely kill me.”

My Mom is a prime example. She never accepted my Dad retiring at age 70. Sure he still works part time, but Mom doesn’t think it’s enough. She never accepted his retirement and they fight every single day at least 10 times a day.

I feel like the lucky guy. Knowing I will never utter the words “If I were to retire my wife would kill me.”

My Mom’s friends are the same way. When their husbands retired, the wives were so miserable they were considering getting a divorce. So the guys went back to work and the marriages were saved.

These women are only happy if their husbands work themselves into the grave.

What kind of existence is that?

Women are parasites. Each and every last one of them.

Sure, the husbands are supposed to continue to work, but the wives don’t!

What’s worse is that if one of these men refuse to do the will of his wife and retire, his wife will immediately divorcing him and take half or even more of his s~~~. This women are all terrorist!

I became a MGTOW because this was the only logical solution for a man survive in a world replete of gynocentrism and biased against men!

Its why you don’t get married gentlemen. Not only will you be allowed to retire whenever you want, but with all the money you’ll save over the course of your life time by not having a wife, you’ll be able to do it early!

The plough horse is not supposed to stop. Either it dies in the yolk or has a round through the head.

Retire a plough horse cost money, time, commitment and care.

    NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

I hear that too. It’s all bulls~~~. While she’s been sitting at home, now she’s mad because a man has earned his way to relax. F~~~ that. I’ll never be found in that situation. Just reminds me why I’m MGTOW.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

If I were to retire, I would go nuts at home

IMO, they key to a successful and healthy retirement is to not sit at home and go nuts. Have a life. Have hobbies. Volunteer. Take a flexible part time job that you enjoy. Be active. The key is to do something that is on your terms vice the full time grind of wage slavery.

They always say the reason they don’t retire is “Because my wife would likely kill me.”

I’ve heard this before. They also don’t retire because they can’t afford to. The wife likely doesn’t have any retirement savings and they can’t afford to retire on his savings alone. It’s also possible that a lifetime of marriage and children has made retirement savings non-existent.
