My own father couldn’t control his temper and it ultimately led him to suicide! It took him to prison and psychiatric hospitals too! I have learned a lot from his mistakes.

I would like to share with you my most favorite MGTOW channel. His name is Spetsnaz. Believe me, I have been watching MGTOW videos since Bar Bar/Thinking Ape, the very beginning of MGTOW.

I believe Spetsnaz works in the mental health field. He does have a very small collection of videos, but ALL of his videos are golden. I have watched all of them several times over. When you listen to and watch his videos, your mind is taken deep into the core of what is being discussed. It penetrates your old ways of thinking. The following video is a good point to start.

Also this video is extremely effective if you are feeling very depressed and anxious:
