I missed many on Zoom because I worked 70 hours in the last 7 days. My goal is to fix a roof already leaking and I want to do more work to fix it. That is my first goal in recovery and I will not fail because this is my home. I missed some friends but that is the curse of a vampire. I have few friends in my world, I just exist. The light of day blinds me and my skin is pale. I do not drink blood but drink vegetable juice every day. I use Vitamin D to help me but I can see more at night than you can imagine.

Hey sparky, why not cover it with a tarp to prevent further damage to the interior? At least until the rainy season ends? For the money it may purchase some peace of mind…

Sometimes you just gotta plough on brother. These periods are hard but it’s worth it when you look back and feel that accomplishment.

If I were up there man I would lend you hand and we would just knock it out ourselves.

Man the storm, brother. Like Taoist said, plough on, it is another storm that is soon going to pass.

Keep your hands on the helm and do not let the storm break your rudder. Bring down your sails for now, and be ready to unfold them at the first signal of good weather. The Sun will come out.

Fix your roof. And plough on!

"Young was I once, I walked alone, and bewildered seemed in the way; then I found me another and rich I thought me, for man is the joy of man." Odin, Hàvamàl, stanza 47.
