I’m interested in contributing to the MGTOW community. I was thinking of how best to do that, so I figured I would ask you all directly. My ideas right now are as follows

    • Create apparel labeled with MGTOW
    • Start a blog on MGTOW and other related topics (such as finding things to be passionate about, philosophical topics like Alan Watts, etc.)
    • Maybe writing an ebook about finding a topic of passion

Those were just my original ideas, but I was wondering what you guys think is lacking in our community as of now.

I’ll also tell you that my current goal is to live a minimalist lifestyle. I stopped going to college and want to take on entrepreneurial endeavors, and I think this is a great place to start because MGTOW is something I care about and want to make grow at the same time. I want to have a profitable business, but I want to survive off of as little as possible and do a lot of traveling and exploring now while I’m young.

I’d like to hear all of your thoughts, thanks!

I would advise against making MGTOW apparel to sell to the public. While good in theory, you will be met with a lot of necessary hate and opposition from feminists, anti-feminists, MRAs, PUAs, white knights, self-proclaimed unicorns and NAWALTs, and blue pilled manginas. Essentially 99% of society.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

well the idea would have been an online store for people who know about MGTOW can buy from it.

My biggest problem with that idea though, was most of us want to keep that identity a secret and not parade it around where we can then be targeted by the groups you mentioned. There are a few who do want to display it publicly, but I think it’s too small of a minority at this time to make it feasible.

I have thought about making a gold ring with the MGTOW road sign symbol just for my own pleasing. That would be discreet enough and seem like nothing special from across the room.

Wearing MGTOW apparel would definitely attract both positive and negative responses. At this stage definitely more negative, but if you want to be a pioneer you’ll have to fight the unknown…

Stickers (to glue on), badges (for cloth ), jackets (yellow leather etc.) Me Gusta.

Borderlands 2 (gearbox) did its merchandise in the fantasy corporations/weapons manufacturers they have.

Wearing MGTOW apparel would definitely attract both positive and negative responses.

You would basically become a rock star. For a second maybe, then I think no one would care. Crazy bitches still be crazy.

The male brain wants to know if another will harm you, if you can eat it, f~~~ it or kill it.

Had a chuckle with that. Wish I could reach that level of objectivity in my life.

If its something you’re really interested in doing, I suggest you focus on small items that are not used in public.  Things like coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc. I’m MGTOW, but wearing something like that out in public just draws some unnecessary grief to my life. Last thing I want is to be assaulted by a gang of harridans while strolling in Central Park trying to get my chill on. A coffee mug I might buy. But not a shirt or hat. My 2 pennies.

How about a MGTOW wallet?  That would be awesome, I’d buy one.

What about ‘inside’ a mug or cap. Even normal clothes but with mgtow lable.

Loads of covert stuff….. like a sweatshirt with breakdown truck pic and mg-tow est. 2009 or something like that.

Even just the logo somewhere in a scene.

Nobody would notice accepted another mgtow.

    I’m up for all three.

Things like coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc.

    I’m up for those too.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Those entrepreneurial endeavors that you’re thinking of will include women of some sort.

I say go for what’s in your heart.

I don’t like corporate America, and when I worked in that type of setting when I was younger, and finally broke free from it I vowed to never go back.

Now, I’m in a field that outnumbers men by a ratio of almost 8:1, but there’s a few perks to that as a single man. But more importantly it’s not corporate, and women are aware of me being outnumbered to where some are even guarded as to not offend me by their feminist leanings.

Well, at least in my presence that is.

Behind my back is probably a totally different story.

I dont think merchandise is a good idea because mgtow is still in (fight club) status. Those who dont understand will do whatever they can to destroy you, also shaming and repackaging what we really stand for. Those are your tribal/redpill instincts kicking in to show some sort of unity in public like football jersey’s. We move as a collective but we do it with our minds which is more beneficial like StealthMGTOW has said,we should stay off the radar and let our actions and thinking do the talking. Remember you cant lose your job because of what you think,if you could feminist will see to it that your fired! I have a high sense of relief and power knowing I know something that 99% of the world cant seem to figure out, that in itself should be gratifying.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

I would advise you to go your own way.

There’s nothing ‘lacking in our community’. There’s no community or group identity.

MGTOW is an idea. This site is kept up by some f~~~er calling himself Keymaster. Other f~~~ers read and/or post s~~~ on this site. Everybody gets something different out of it. Most of what I see is men getting better. So if anything, do something that can make men better themselves in any way.

It might be tough to gauge just what sort of level of interest there would be for MGTOW merchandise at this point, in my opinion.

Who knows, some people might even just wear the material at home or such ( a bathrobe, T-Shirt, Hoodie, this sort of thing).

Given just how utterly malignant the current state of SJW’s and feminists tend to be, you might well be inviting yourself to attack in some form.

That being said, such conflicts might not necessarily be a concern for you, and there isn’t a damn thing wrong with being proud of being a MGTOW.

    Cheers brother.

I think clothing would be good, the so called controversy would help it sell.

Although I myself am very aloof and stealthy, many others take the opposite approach and would wear it just to p~~~ people off.

I also like the idea of a super super decoder ring!

A unique handshake…like the masons. My dad says he knows a Mason when he meets them,  probably bs but still. And then you’d just give eachother a nod and go on about your business.

But I do like that mgtow is more of an ideal to strive towards…it gives men hope…we are all raising up together but doing it our own way. And we don’t have to have the media grasping attention feminists desperately feel as though they need.

I like the apparel idea, but it would certainly have to be subtle: something to make a mghow  laugh, other men think, and women wouldn’t even get it.

I had an idea like that, and since I’m not going to do anything with it, I’ll give it to you gratis.

A shirt with a big red pill on it. Superimposed over it are the words “COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS”.

Says it all, I reckon, and a feminist couldn’t give you grief for wearing it even if she got the message. “No, dear, I got this at the markets. Not sure what it means but it’s super-comfy! No idea what you’re talking about”.

It seems some are for MGTOW labeled items and some are totally against it, so that looks more like an idea I’ll keep in the back pocket for down the road until it grows more.

I would like to do a blog about finding ways to spend our time since we have a lot of it. Good hobbies, callings, projects, etc. Then also talk about random other stuff. MGTOW, philosophy, whatever people want to hear about really.

Oh another thing I want to do is book reviews. Books related to MGTOW and the topics I mentioned like passion, etc. Just talk about the ideas in them and that sort of thing.

It’s just a weird situation to me because I’ve wanted to do a blog, but I don’t think people would read it just because I’m young and they won’t respect my opinion on things as much. Ideally, I want to spend my 20s becoming the awesome guy who has a ton of life experience and has seen a lot of the world. I think it will make people become magnetized to what I have to say more.

However, to do that, I need to find a way to make an income of maybe $20k a year, and allows me to have a lot of time. I wanted to do some kind of blog or maybe just freelance with web development and when I need more money I just do more projects to keep me going.

I’m just kind of brainstorming out loud, didn’t mean to be rude and act like a know it all if that is how it came off. I’m still figuring it out for myself, just want to make the best choices possible.

I have always wanted to start a blog about “Quality” in manufactured goods.

I’ve noticed that it is something that many people don’t understand. And I have seen it lead to unfortunate inefficiencies in the way we build our lives. Sometimes the cheap things are good quality. Sometimes the expensive things are poor quality. Sometimes goods made in China are excellent. Sometimes they are poor. And the exact same thing can be said of Italy. (Have you ever seen the chicken-s~~~ welds on a Ferrari 512?)

Unfortunately, I don’t have a very good roadmap for how I would introduce the concepts.
