This is a song she’s singing to her Mother. The parallel story in the background is about a daughter who calls he mom for help who picks her up at night and makes her feel better abacus she’s always there. “you” in this case is her Mom. But it’s easy to miss.

And it was nice to see Christina before she was fat, though.
