I Thank My PSP for Opening My Eyes

Back in 2008, I owned a PSP (PlayStation Portable).  I loved that thing for gaming, internet, music…you name it.

I started living with a girl I was dating at that time who was a smoker, rather heavyset, and had recently lost a child…and I found out later she was still legally married.

Anyway, as I was dating her, I won’t forget how she was always angry that I was on my PSP, using the Internet.  She continuously accused me of cheating on her and talking dirty to women.  Truth is, I was…later on in the relationship.  Why?  Because when she constantly accused me in the beginning, I found out SHE was actually cheating on ME behind my back, telling men she’d meet up with them, sending them dirty pictures of herself…things like that.

Thank you, PSP, for helping me realize that when women falsely accuse me of doing something, they’re usually doing it themselves.

There’s an old saying:  he who excuses himself accuses himself.  By accusing you of hanky-panky, she was trying to divert attention away from herself.

Yep, you can safely bet that a woman who accuses you of cheating is the one cheating. The best reaction to an accusation is to tell her she knows you’ve always got options and that you’d like to start seeing other people. If you are cheating, there’s your out with a clear conscience. If you’re not, there’s your out with a clear conscience.

The funniest thing was, most of the time when she WAS accusing me of cheating, I was either a) actually playing a game, b) listening to music, or c) educating myself with random articles I stumbled upon (I’m a research nut to this day…it’s just fun to do).

She couldn’t tell you were playing a game lol? On another note my friends mom is over protective of him, or at least she was, and one time he told me while he was playing his ps3 online she just busts in his room and was like

her: what’s that!?
him:”it is a psp
her: does it have internet?
him: yeah
her: why do you need internet on it?
him: so I can play games and browse the web without a computer
her: why are you wearing a blu tooth?
him: so I can talk while I play ps3.

That wasn’t in high school either it was in our early twenties lol.

She just hated that I was on it all the time (meanwhile, she was sending pictures of herself via her e-mail on her desktop computer at the SAME TIME she was accusing me of what I was doing).  I was on it because it was my “escape,” and we know how women hate men’s escapes.
