PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT Personality & Psychological Health Assessment. I assessed Mr SEEthemTURN using the International Personality Disorder Examination (IPDE; Loranger et al, 1997) against personality disorders as defined in the DSM-IV rather than DSM-V for reasons specified in paragraph Mr SEEthemTURN’s assessment using the IPDE (including relevant questions from the semi- structured interview) revealed the presence of clinically significant Cluster A personality traits (mainly paranoid) and Cluster B traits (narcissistic and anti-social) that were consistent with the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for personality disorder (NPD1 ). During our interview, he indicated his belief that he felt entitled to other’s admiration and/or compliance, and that he had historically used or exploited people to get what he wanted. Additionally, he felt he had more in common with obviously talented or intelligent people and hence preferred to associate with such individuals. He tended to demonstrate a generally high level of grandiosity and haughtiness and, in my view, exaggerated his achievements and talents (e.g. with respect to his film directing abilities). He acknowledged that he often used or exploited people to get what he wanted and the overall content of his responses amply demonstrated that he lacked empathy, particularly with women. With respect to his more paranoid beliefs, Mr SEEthemTURN indicated that he felt generally plotted against (principally by women and by professionals from the Local Authority), and that he was therefore very cautious about what 1 DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder or NPD indicate a pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), a need for admiration and a lack of empathy. It also includes five or more of the following: Individual has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g. exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements) Individual is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or ideal love Individual believes that he or she is ‘special’ and unique and can only be properly understood by, or should associate with other special or high-status people Individual requires excessive admiration Individual has a sense of entitlement i.e. unreasonable expectations of especially favourable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations Individual is interpersonally exploitative i.e. takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends Individual lacks empathy or is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and/or needs of others Individual is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him Individual shows arrogant or haughty behaviours and/or attitudes he chose to disclose to them. He did not consider that he would be treated honestly and fairly by others, and was generally highly suspicious of women’s capacity for infidelity, exploitation and deceit. Mr SEEthemTURN indicated that he had held grudges against people for long periods of time, and that this aspect of his character was unlikely to change significantly (largely because he was intelligent enough to see through their superficiality). In seeking to psychometrically assess the degree to which weight could be attached to Mr SEEthemTURN’s self-report, I assessed him using the Paulus Deception Scale (PDS; Paulus, 2011). Details of this test are provided in paragraph 12.14 of this report. His results using this assessment tool indicated a highly elevated Self-Deceptive Enhancement (SDE), again suggesting the presence of unhelpful narcissistic tendencies. Individuals with Mr SEEthemTURN’s PDS response (low Impression Management scores combined with high SDE scores) are commonly thought to display a range of arrogant behaviours and be lacking in insight into shortcomings. Their overly positive responses to questions that rely on self-report stems from a trait-like tendency towards self-favourable presentation rather than situational demands. This result provides a neat fit with Mr SEEthemTURN’s behaviour during interview insofar as he appeared to demonstrate a range of haughty behaviours and a lack of insight into the more problematic aspects of his thinking. In order to possibly help clarify the situation regarding any possible personality disorder in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case, I assessed him using the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-IV (MCMI-IV; Millon et al, 2015). Brief details of this assessment tool are provided in paragraph Mr SEEthemTURN’s score for the MCMI-IV Desirability Index was highly elevated, which suggested the presence of a clinically significant socially desirable responding pattern. While this did not warrant adjustment of his other scores to account for it, it did highlight Mr SEEthemTURN’s possible need for social approval and/or commendation, and a general drive to present himself in a favourable light. Mr SEEthemTURN’s scores for the Clinical Syndromes scales (including for Severe Clinical Syndromes) all fell within the low range, which indicated the absence of any serious mental illness (e.g. schizophrenic spectrum or delusional disorder). He did not report any ideas of reference or any obvious hallucinations and his overall presentation in interview was calm and appropriately responsive (linked to questions that he was asked). Mr SEEthemTURN denied that he currently suffered with any symptoms of anxiety or depression. Of particular note from Mr SEEthemTURN’s MCMI-IV assessment were his elevated scores for the Narcissistic and Paranoid scales (providing support for the findings of his IPDE assessment results). Additionally, he endorsed items that revealed the presence of antisocial and histrionic personality traits, which were also interpretable and suggestive of a style or influence on his thinking. Closer examination of Mr SEEthemTURN’s individual responses provided further evidence of his grandiose sense of his self-worth or inflated self-image. He endorsed items suggesting a significantly immature preoccupation with ideas/fantasies of success that were minimally constrained, and a general belief that he was unique and deserving of special treatment by others. Mr SEEthemTURN acknowledged a high level of mistrust of other people (notably women), and his responses to relevant questions suggested that he tended to attribute his own undesirable personal qualities to others (through a process of projection) hence providing further evidence of his lack of insight. Mr SEEthemTURN endorsed items on the antisocial personality scale that suggested a high level of irresponsibility, parasitic behaviour (living off others) and a general disregard for mainstream rules/regulations, which was in keeping with his reported lifestyle to date notwithstanding that he tended to see this as evidence of his independence and autonomy. Within the histrionic and turbulent scales, he endorsed items that revealed a significant tendency towards impulsivity and, fickleness and attention-seeking behaviour. Taken in combination, I consider that Mr SEEthemTURN’s psychometric assessment provides strong support for the presence of a personality disorder (characterised by mainly narcissistic traits, but also with paranoid and antisocial beliefs/traits). This combination of traits is concerning, particularly given empirically researched links between Cluster B personality traits (narcissistic, antisocial, histrionic) and aggravated risk for violent offending (see Lowenstein et al, 2016 for overview of relevant research). While not sufficient to cause violence in and of itself, the presence of a Cluster B personality disorder is thought to serve as a predisposing factor, which can escalate into serious violence when associated with anger or stress. Additionally, the presence of paranoid features in Mr SEEthemTURN’s personality (including a tendency towards projection dynamics) would further increase his risk for violence, most likely targeted at individuals or groups of individuals that he mistrusts or is suspicious (women in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case). Individuals with a combination of narcissistic and paranoid traits can demonstrate a rejecting societal norms as a protection against not doing well within the confines of culturally normative expectations. This aspect provides a fit with information gleaned from Mr SEEthemTURN during clinical interview. Assessment of Risk In light of Mr SEEthemTURN’s psychometric assessment results (highlighting concerns about possible aggravated risk for violence) and the fact that he has recently been charged with violent offences, I assessed him using the HCR-20 V3 (Douglas et al, 2013), which is a guided assessment method developed primarily for use in violence risk assessment which has been updated from the HCR-20 Version 2 in line with growing empirical research on violence risk since the 1990s. It comprises 20 factors (some subdivided) identified via a comprehensive review of the violent offender literature, which cluster around three broad areas, Historical (or static) items, Clinical (or current) items and Risk Management (Future) items. The HCR-20 V3 utilises a structured professional judgement approach to the evaluation of risk of violence (including arson) in adult males and females. Research has indicated that repeated risk assessments using the HCR-20 and drawing from previous assessments can better inform prevention-based risk management (Belfrage and Douglas, 2002). I based this assessment on the presumption that he would most likely be convicted for the offences he is currently charged with. HCR-20 (V3) Historical Risk Factors The following table outlines the degree which historical risk items have been assessed as present and relevant to Mr SEEthemTURN. Assessment of the presence of a risk factor (not present, present or partially present) is based upon the extent to which it has been observed within the individual’s functioning. The assessment of relevance (high, moderate or low) is based upon the extent to which the risk factor is considered to be critical to risk management.

History of Problems with Violence and Antisocial Behaviour
Mr SEEthemTURN has only a limited history of interpersonal violence (restricted to the current charges in March 2018. He does however have a history of weapons-related offences (in 1995 and in connection with the current offences), both of which occurred at times of high stress (linked to the transition from leaving school in 1995 and more recently, within the context of the current proceedings). I have very little information regarding Mr SEEthemTURN’s historic conviction for Possession of Offensive Weapon beyond his self-report that it related to possession of a paint-ball gun. In light of his general history and his tendency to socially desirable responding, I am cautious about accepting his version of events leading to his this 1995 offence. With respect to antisocial behaviour, Mr SEEthemTURN’s PNC suggests that he demonstrated some antisocial behaviour as a young person (criminal damage to his father’s property and driving offences), but he has no further formal convictions. That said, the videos that he uploaded to YouTube strongly suggest that he demonstrated some antisocial behaviour as an adult, (e.g. deliberately damaging a guesthouse bedroom, being generally offensive to the public). I have coded both these risk markers as partially present in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case given that he has demonstrated relevant behaviours (notwithstanding the limited history). H3 – History of Problems with Relationships Mr SEEthemTURN has a significant history of problems in this area, which originated from his adolescence and has persisted throughout his adulthood. During clinical interview, he acknowledged feeling bitter and angry with girls atschool, which appears to have been linked to his failure to initiate relationships with them, but which he has since rationalised on the basis that they were treated better than he was. Over time, Mr SEEthemTURN has become increasingly bitter about the power he perceives women to hold, and has developed a high level of mistrust and suspicion regarding women’s capacity for infidelity and exploitation of him (and men generally). These views have been reinforced by his exposure to and close involvement with the ‘manosphere’ on-line forums, which also seek to denigrate women. Mr SEEthemTURN has reported that he has been involved with one positive relationship (with chinese girl) during his late twenties, but this ended badly for him, and he has since stated that he no longer wishes to be romantically involved with anyone. I am nevertheless sceptical of his claims regarding his relationship with Ms surrogate (as I am of her claims about this), and believe that conception occurred within the context of a fairly straightforward sexual affair (and associated emotional involvement) with Ms surrogate. I consider that his decision to deny any such involvement to professionals is something of a post hoc rationalisation (inconsistently presenting it as a calculated decision to provide him with a surrogate mother for his child) that serves his wider (narcissistic) need to present as ‘special’ or different to other men, i.e. unlike other men, he is not vulnerable to women’s charm and associated exploitative behaviour. I have coded this risk marker as present in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case and consider that it is crucial to his future risk management. In my considered opinion, Mr SEEthemTURN’s risk of violence is most likely to be aggravated within the context of relationships or perceived relationships. H4 – History of Problems with Employment 16.13 Mr SEEthemTURN has a complex work history, which even by his own self report suggests that he has experienced some difficulties in holding down jobs for significant periods of time. He reported that he has sought to con his employers at times (e.g. faking a broken arm) and has sometimes quit jobs without any further work lined up. Generally, he appears to have led something of a parasitic lifestyle, relying on others to support him (e.g. for accommodation), and he has indicated that he can get bored very easily. Mr SEEthemTURN seems to have unrealistic plans for his future employment (e.g. being a film director or a successful bitcoin miner), which would be in keeping with the presence of narcissistic traits. During periods of self-employment, he has let business partners down and has simply walked away from his work without submitting relevant information for tax purposes. I have coded this risk marker as present in his case on the basis of the evidence available. H5 – History of Problems with Substance Misuse 16.14 Mr SEEthemTURN has denied any significant substance misuse problems over the course of his life to date. However, he was arrested several times for possession of cannabis as a youth (12 arrests and 1 formal Police caution) and his YouTube videos suggest that he was interested in taking hallucinogenic drugs (magic mushrooms). I have coded this risk marker as partially (or possible present) albeit that it does not seem to directly link to his risk for violence. H6 & H7 – History of Problems with Major Mental Disorder and/or Personality Disorder 16.15 Mr SEEthemTURN does not appear to have any history of serious mental illness and the results of his psychometric assessment do not indicate any current or historic concerns in this regard. However, I have not had access to his medical records and hence I cannot confirm this categorically. This assessment does however indicate the presence of clinically significant narcissistic, paranoid, antisocial and histrionic personality that would meet the DSM-IV (and DSM-V) diagnostic criteria for PD. I have coded this risk marker as present in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case and would highlight as critical in respect of his future risk management. H8 – History of Problems with Traumatic Experiences 16.16 Mr SEEthemTURN did not report being subject to any significant abuse as a child. However, he did indicate that he experienced the family’s move back to the UK as somewhat traumatic and disturbing for him, and that his sense of disturbance was aggravated by his later experience of bullying at school. I have therefore coded this risk marker as partially present in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case albeit that its relevance to risk could only be said to be moderate. H9 – History of Problems with Violent Attitudes My assessment of Mr SEEthemTURN did not reveal the presence of any significant violent attitudes albeit that his behaviour during the offences he is currently charged with (adaptation of a weapon) suggests a level of premeditation, from which violent beliefs (or justification of violence) can be reasonably inferred. I have coded this risk marker as partially present on this basis albeit that he has no significant or pervasive history of endorsing violent beliefs or attitudes. I am however mindful of the content of some of the video material Mr SEEthemTURN has uploaded to YouTube, which might also suggest that he can ruminate about violence (including one that contains angry and derogatory content about women in 2008, and his film, which is generally dark and focused on fatalities). I have been unable to access the MGTOW-related videos that he reported he has since uploaded to the internet, and I am also not certain about whether he has uploaded any relevant video material to the ‘dark web’ (although his interest in bitcoin mining might suggest he is aware of the utility of dark websites). H10 – History of Problems with Treatment or Supervision Response 16.18 Mr SEEthemTURN does not appear to have demonstrated any real problems in this area, not least because he has not been subject to serious criminal sanctions that involved the provision of supervision or offending behaviour/psychological treatment. HCR-20 V3 Historical Item – Conclusion 16.19 It should be noted that while historical items overall have the strongest support in terms of predictive accuracy for recidivism, these serve to ‘anchor’ clinical judgement on individuals’ current presentation within a structure professional judgement process such as the HCR-20 V3. Mr SEEthemTURN’s risk of future violent offending based solely on historical factors would, in my considered view, fall into a moderate risk category for future violence. My analysis suggests that the most highly relevant historical risk markers in Mr SEEthemTURN’s case revolve around his narcissistic PD (with paranoid and antisocial features), his problems within relationships and his violent ideation (reinforced by his interest in MGTOW websites). Current ‘Clinical’ Presentation 16.20 Risk factors relating specifically to Mr SEEthemTURN’s clinical presentation relate to his current level of functioning and include behaviour linked to any recent offending and or contact with statutory agencies. Item Description Presence Relevance C1 Problems with Insight Present High C2 Violent Ideation and/or Intent Present High C3 Symptoms of Major Mental Illness Partially Present High C4 Instability Present High C5 Treatment/Supervision Response Present High 16.21 As mentioned earlier in this report, there was no evidence that Mr SEEthemTURN had any real insight into his problems and the adverse impact of his behaviour on his interpersonal relationships to date. Instead, he engages in projecting any of his shortcomings onto others, specifically attributing hostile and exploitative intent (mainly to women). From the limited information that is available about the current offences he has been charged with, there would appear to have been a considerable degree of premeditation (adapting a weapon for the use of administering a noxious substance and ruminating about being victimised for at least 24 hours beforehand). While Mr SEEthemTURN does not have a diagnosis of any mental illness, I note that the Custody Nurse was concerned about his apparent persecutory ideas (in relation to women) and his behaviour was noted to be considerably unstable (most likely in response to his generally high levels of stress linked to the current proceedings and his aggravated sense of grievance linked to this). His behaviour in recent months indicates that he has been unwilling to engage with professionals’ assessments of his parenting ability, and there has been something of an upsurge in his tendency to attribute hostile intent (to female professionals involved in his case). Generally, there is nothing in Mr SEEthemTURN’s current clinical presentation that would mitigate his violence risk (based on historic factors). At the current time, there are few factors (if any at all) in place to manage Mr SEEthemTURN’s risk of violence. He is noted to have no fixed address and told me that he was currently living in temporary accommodation in the Yeovil area. Mr SEEthemTURN appears to have little by way of any personal support network. The only constant figure in his life appears to be his father, who currently lives in the North West of England. Mr SEEthemTURN does not appear to be in regular contact with his mother, and his sister does not wish to be associated with him at the current time. Despite Mr SEEthemTURN’s claims to the contrary, I believe that the only recent source of personal support for him was within his romantic relationship with Ms surrogate, but she has since withdrawn on the instructions of professionals from the Local Authority, leaving him socially isolated and without adequate skills for initiating supportive relationships that might assist him. Mr SEEthemTURN appears to have sought legal advice in respect of the current proceedings and he has also slightly modified his position with respect to complying with professionals’ expectations (e.g. attending supervised contact sessions). His behaviour within contact sessions to date has however been noted as somewhat concerning at time. Generally, it is clear that Mr SEEthemTURN is struggling to manage his behaviour at a time when he is experiencing a high level of personal stress. In summary of Mr SEEthemTURN’s psychological assessment (including psychometric and risk assessment), the principal finding in his case was the presence of a range of unhelpful personality traits (principally narcissistic, paranoid and antisocial) that would meet the diagnostic criteria for personality disorder. He also currently presents a moderate risk for violent offending, largely based on historical factors that are aggravated by his experience of high stress (linked to the current proceedings) and social isolation. Mr SEEthemTURN’s recent offending appears to represent an escalation in his tendency to attribute hostile intent to women generally such that he has acted upon it by perpetrating a deliberate and premeditated act of violence against two victims. While it would be difficult to conclude from the available evidence that Mr SEEthemTURN represents any significant risk of violence to his son, it nevertheless remains the case that his recent experience of stress and apparent emotional instability might well aggravate any risk of child abduction in his case, particularly given the degree to which Mr SEEthemTURN attributes hostile intent to women. Hence, he might consider it appropriate to seek to remove his baby to ‘save’ him from being raised by a woman and any wider ‘gynocentric’ influence. In my view, it is difficult at the current juncture to predict how long contact will need to be supervised so as to manage this risk, and a lot will doubtless depend on whether or not a custodial sentence is imposed in the near future (if he is convicted for the offences he is currently charged with). A diagnosis of NPD would be relevant to Mr SEEthemTURN’s future risk management and the current proceedings insofar as it might help direct him towards more focused treatment in the future that would meet his needs. Individuals suffering with grandiose narcissism (as opposed to ‘vulnerable narcissism’) are generally considered to lack insight into their ‘symptoms. Research has indicated that they tend to regulate self-esteem through overt self- enhancement, denial of weakness, intimidating demands of entitlement, anger in unmet expectations and devaluation of individuals that threaten self-esteem (see Dickinson et al, 2003). Narcissistic individuals are considered to demonstrate less commitment within the context of their more romantic relationships as adults, driven by their attention to alternative partners, which in turn has increased potential for relational conflict. Narcissists’ need for ‘alternatives’ has been linked to their desire to ‘play the field’ and their constant search for more attractive or higher-status partners. It has also been linked with an underlying sensation seeking behaviour i.e. enjoying the thrills and excitement involved in acquiring new partners (Foster & Campbell, 2005, Campbell & Foster, 2002) 16.26 NICE has not published specific guidance in respect of recommended treatment for NPD. Generally speaking, research into treatment efficacy has concluded that the prognosis for individuals suffering with NPD is poor, largely because of specific treatment-interfering factors such as the individual’s inability to admit failings, difficulty in incorporating feedback and feelings of entitlement. Both CBT and DBT have been suggested as treatment pathways, but the research into treatment outcomes for both of these methods is largely inconclusive (Thomaes & Bushman, 2011). It is possible that Mr SEEthemTURN might be able to access specific treatment for his personality disorder through the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway in the event that he is convicted for the offences he is currently charged with (and indeed receives a sufficiently lengthy custodial sentence).

Lol…that is EPIC! All you have to know is the binary code to drive the IR LEDs to shut off the average TV.

I myself am playing around with UART radio modules. Using a transmitter MCU and a receiver MCU. Programming the memory registers is a ton of fun in these MCUs.

At first they were wondering why I would not eat. My last day there. I got to know the men in there. The Guards were starting to get VERY nervous. I was I guess one of the very first men in PDX history to refuse BAIL.

Gargamel, you and me are going to have to build something soon. Imagine having a real life police tracker. Each car has its own Signature that it puts out. If you can go to your local police station park you car close to where they pull out, you can grab the frequency.

After that, its transmision that encrypted still has a signature.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. I will reply to you with evidence of my atrocious sexism, while I’m not interested in naming all specific culprits, I wasn’t fully able or in the right circumstances, physically or mentally to make a journal of specific officers. The reasons should be apparent from my following disclosure.

On -censored- I was assaulted by 2 girls brandishing “firearms” in the pub in -censored- in broad daylight in front of witnesses and cctv. One witness, a friend of mine who believes quite validly his gender disqualifies his testimony, -more truthfully that the police aren’t looking to consider lines of enquiry, unless any information he produces can be cherry picked or spun into something handy for prosecution purposes. Reopen a case he’s happy is closed- or send me back into my unwarranted cell. He is highly anxious at how this situation has resulted in my incarceration and justifiable in his concerns as to aqueous until a fair court environment can be provided or a friendly ear opened.

Despite the crime for men being up to 7 years, or in my case, imprisoned for 30 days without any evidence and being arrested while attempting to clean my burning face as Im heading to a pub toilet by PC -censored- noticing full well I’ve been sprayed saying “looks like you’re right eye is affected by something”.

I find it blatantly obvious that my gender has been an overwhelming factor in the assumptions and biased mistreatment of me this day by the officers of -censored-. Who should have at some point at the very least, provided reassurance and something to counteract the noxious substance I had been attacked with. Instead I was detained for 3 days in horrendous agony. Much to the officers amusement. They seemed to be more concerned that my speech was politically correct (as the prosecution solicitor noted “Mr -censored- made misogynistic comments”) and despite the compulsion to scream in pain, my language was remaining swear word free, but not short of frustration due to the circumstances. Frustrations which were used by the prosecution solicitor in -censored- Magistrates, to convince the female Judge to refuse bail. Had I known misogyny was a crime or that my coping mechanisms would be used against me I would have tried to suffer more silently. Had the police been completely by partizan at this juncture some compassion could have been afforded at this point for a man in pain, rather than using my beleaguered state as another opportunity to my detriment. It should have been blatantly clear that comments I made while in the police van, were, rather than being “misogynistic”, were in fact actually simply sarcastic as you would expect from someone attacked by women and then handcuffed by one and later judged by one. An unbiased scenario would have perhaps even excused my reaction, under the circumstances. The feeling was like glass in my eye and a head and hands on fire, the pain was excruciating and left me disoriented, confused, terrified and out of character. It was clear any training to cope with my situation had been ignored completely and only evidence to prosecute was chief concern. If I was female I would have been given medical attention and comforted. My state would have been excused. Any attempts to use my state of suffering to reframe the situation to paint her as the attacker would -without saying- be a despicable deed.

A fair and decent investigator should have released me as soon as the facts of my arrest became even slightly apparent. Especially as I’m sure my file showed, that in -censored- 3-4 months prior to my arrest I had been savagely assaulted and hospitalised by a gang of police officers who are now being sued (and investigated I hope) for wrongful arrest, assault, malicious prosecution and wrongful imprisonment. A situation that should have had me imprisoned (yet again) for assaulting a P.C.S.O, yet I walked free from the magistrates. A situation where 3 camera footages happened to ‘go missing’ (2 of which were body cameras) and a plethora of phone footages from onlookers were never attained.

It’s clear istead, once the truth that I had been the victim of an attack began to become clear. The hope that I would have cracked under the pressure of the penal system became more desperately realised by those dealing with my one sided case. Had I been treated accordingly, I wouldn’t have the ammunition herein and my stance on sexual discrimination would have no substance to go with it.

So after 30 days in Uk’s 2nd worst prison and without ever even being formally interviewed or given my 1 phone call, or even after 1 month, being granted my personal numbers on my pin, to let my family know I’m alive. A convenient amount of time to ensure the pub cctv footage is recorded over for example showing the attack on me for instance. All the while the only news my friends and family have is the article that has been thankfully removed from ITV news’s website, yet still I’m fighting to chase all the other articles that remain active -with no support from the police and I still haven’t been given my clothes back.

My elderly father who I love, respect and admire is devastated and our relationship has been negatively affected by this one sided presumptuous material. Also as you should imagine a lot off other things are affected such as work, social services and any females I may encounter will see and have seen the ‘facts’. The list is endless.

On release I find that my mobile phone had been broken into by the police. I had declined to sign the form asking my permission for the police to have access. A suited officer with a bald head told me “they didn’t need my permission and they would get into it anyway it will just be returned in pieces”. I asked him why they wanted me to sign the document? To which I got no reply. Instead without evidence of any crimes my rights had been disregarded. My phone has been snooped on, my personal and private data has all but been enjoyed and who knows, passed around?

If this statement isn’t an overwhelming description of sexual discrimination, then I’m lost for any other finer depiction other than a gas chambre full of men. But I’m sure someone can set me straight on my obvious misunderstanding of the situation.

Although I do recognise their is an imbalance of strength, and such is the case for women to protect themselves in circumstances that endanger them. It appears females seem confident to be carrying noxious substance in public without the same concern for prosecution, for carrying 1 can or as in my perpetrators – 2 cans of noxious substances modified for the purpose of. Etc. Actually, In fact it’s so blatant a blind person would know why they can afford to be blasé about not only carrying but worryingly using such nasty stuff without fear of consequence.

While this is true, it is pertinent to say, every opportunity to manufacture, misconstrue and blatantly lie in order to rob me of my freedom has been met with full eagerness by the police force. Given the full body of these facts, where does it leave me? Only with an extremely temporary peace of mind that I’m free, knowing that my next nightmare is just another heartbeat away. I don’t feel protected by the constabulary should I need help, I feel constantly and repeatedly persecuted. So here I am having to explain what should be blatant.

I have now luckily twice avoided charges for firearms (and a jail term for up to 15 years!) for incidents that would readily have been disregarded had I simply been female.

I would like to know what benefit an officer might get in pinning such a charge on someone. I certainly have earned the right to know. Should I even be wondering if a self made amputee can still be charged with handling a weapon? Perhaps in a dystopian country. At least I wouldn’t worry that a banana I’m eating should not be warranted an armed response squad. If only I was joking.

These matters have gone beyond a reasonable point now and despite knowing nothing will be done by my admissions, I am using this catalogue of hate publicly, so that others can see my mistreatment and offer their sincere dismay. It seems to be the only good thing I can glean from my ordeal. Hopefully more men will leave the plantation, before it actually kills us.

If you are still on the fence at this point I’d simply re-read this declaration as if these events im describing having experienced actually happened to a 39 year old woman (instead of me) and then perhaps you can begin to see just how many people are mixed up in the gender discrimination Im trying my best to specify.

You would think, the risk having my freedom taken away or threat of retrial should compel me to silence. Simply put, I’m petrified to reply as I suffered greatly in prison and I was threatened with a hand made knife, offered drugs and c~~~roaches scurried the floors and walls at night. The only thing that frightens me more than all that is this valid feeling the police who are employed to protect all citizens are actually out to destroy me once and for all -as they almost did on 3 separate occasions! And I know they eventually will given everything I’ve been put through.

I’m not naive enough to assume anything will be done about my reply. Surely though someone can make a note on my file the cost, embarrassment and regular people following my situation all adds up to a drastic misappropriation of resources, time and taxpayers money. Not to mention unnecessary.

I have absolutely no animosity towards the police. I’m already fighting a battle to just see my son the details and situation I am currently enduring is similar to the discrimination I (and a lot of other men) are facing with authorities. If ever there was a time I needed my rights protected it would be to have the police back me up with my human rights and that of my boy to see his Dad.

The evidence I have that shows just how employees within the social services seem to be exempt from law. I have documented evidence of blackmail, child abduction and other unacceptable crimes but to no avail. It would also be fair to point out that there is a financial incentive to make me look bad and I would be so bold as to assert that my legal peaceful protesting outside -censored- council offices has probably created some valid motives for the denigration of my good name.

Anyway, here concludes my frustrations.
