Hey fellow MGTOWers, I’ve been married twice and have flipped back and forth between the blue pill and red pill a few times in my life.
My first marriage ended in the early 90s. At that time, I was a broke bum and escaped the normal divorce-rape pain.
Four years later, with my career back on track, I knocked up a hottie in her early twenties, and wound up marrying her.
My career really took off during the second marriage and my net worth soared.
Then in 2008, my career went bust with the economic downturn in the housing market. The wife became a bitch-from-hell the moment the big fat paychecks came to a halt.
Normally, at this point I would have been divorce-raped and lost everything; but instead I studied the law regarding “equitable distribution” and talked the soon-to-be ex into doing a pro-se dissolution. Sold her on the idea, because it would save us thousands of dollars in attorney fees [which was true]. The legal work far from easy, but in the end I pulled it off; and I only have a high school education, and have never been to law school.
The result: My dissolution cost me $33, and cost my ex $233 (she paid the $200 filing fee, and we split the court reporter costs associated with the case). She got all her assets and debts, and I got all my assets and exited the marriage 100% debt free. After the dissolution, her net worth was negative [because she had a lot of debt], and my net worth was in the 6 digits because I did not have to pay any “distributive award” that would have been surly given to her in a divorce proceeding… because in a divorce proceeding the Judge normally is required by law to split all debts and assets 50/50 between the spouses; however in a dissolution, the Judge is not permitted by law to alter the signed Separation Agreement; and must approve it if both spouses testify in court that they believe that their Separation Agreement represents an “equitable” division of property between them and waives findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Note: According to Blacks Law Dictionary, “equitable” does not necessarily mean equal, and various circumstances can result in a very unequal division of property being deemed an equitable division of property under the law.
Paternity-by-Estoppel is a barbaric judicial relic used to evade DNA truth when issuing court child support orders ["in the so-called best interest of the child"] against non-biological fathers.
Anonymous42I hear ya bro! I started my own country using the scrap molestation of broken law, pieced it all together using long standing legal orders that were ignored (until I came along).
I dropped out in the 10th grade with a 7th grade reading level. Thanks feminism, my country, I claimed it, now go f~~~ yourself! B.C.F.C. rules!
Welcome to the club of miracle workers MaleJusticeWarrior, looks like you have the touch!
CAN WE GET A DIVORCE PLANNING CATEGORY AND PUT THIS THERE?
I agree. This is the only time I have read of a legal tactic saving a man’s ass in a divorce where the judge could not later overturn it.
CAN WE GET A DIVORCE PLANNING CATEGORY AND PUT THIS THERE?
