I thought that coffee with milk can give you an incentive in drinking more liquids/water so that you would feel more full throughout the day and then not be as hungry, because drinking more water makes you eat less. Yesterday, I only drank coffee and milk for breakfast with no sugar added and today I already weighed the lowest I have ever been in a long while now. I think I remembered Dr.Oz saying that some people have milk allergies which prevent them from losing weight if they drink a lot of milk or something like that, but I am not sure if that applies to me. I use to drink a lot of regular coffee and decafe coffee(about 6-8 cups of coffee total) with about 3 cups of milk total(the amount of milk that dr.oz recommends in a day), and I guess I did not have enough common sense to know that that was too much.
I did read up a study saying that if you drink a few cups of coffee a day, you will have a less chance of getting Alzheimer’s disease:- link. After reading up on articles on how coffee prevents you from getting Alzheimer’s disease, it just encouraged me to drink a few cups of coffee a day even more. It was like I identified myself as a coffee lover and I even took pride on it, but now it looks like drinking too much coffee is going to prevent me from doing things I want to do.

200mg caffeine thirty minutes before workout increases your work capacity 5-7%.
then, a later study claimed 8%.
hope this helps.[caffeine without workout will most likely increase blood sugar level which would trigger insulin secretion which stores fat.]

Thanks. Well I do a lot of walking, but I guess it doesn’t help anymore, because my body weight stayed the same give or take 2 pounds for like a 1-2 months now. I really appreciate the reply though.
