That said, this MGTOW (me) doesn’t dwell on who’s to blame. Both men and women share blame. I’m not preoccupied with changing the system or sending a message. I don’t get nostalgic or hopeful for another time.

I just do my best to navigate away from it all. Go my own way. Stay clear of the plantation, as best I can.

Why bother figuring out who’s to blame? Does it make the issue go away?

If you leave your car unlocked and it’s get’s stolen who do you blame?
– The thief who stole your car?
– The parents of the thief for not raising him/her right?
– The government for not properly patrolling or giving significant punishment to car thieves?
– Society in general for not creating an environment where people are deterred from stealing cars?
– The 1% for not giving money to potential car thieves so they have no reason to steal your car?
– Yourself, for not locking the car?

Of those reasons, which are easiest way to remedy the issue and fully under your own control?

Blame the women if you want, but they aren’t going to start behaving for no reason. Blame parents. Blame society. And yes, it’s possible that all the other factors will be motivated to fix themselves based on your behavior as well, but that’s really irrelevant. You’ve already fixed the problem.

We certainly are p~~~ed and women do need to be held accountable. For those of us who have served and continue to serve on the plantation and who are not given the option of freedom by courts or society at large the venom of betrayal can be painful. I think it is not possible for women to work at a higher standard. Look they have been given all the opportunities and they just revert to the type that we have been told they were by our ancestors since writing began.

Your kind of contradicting yourself here. Your first statement is more accurate than the second. Yes, women can correct their behavior, but it’s not the only way to stop the behavior from happening. And yes, men can provide incentive to women to correct their behavior, but it’s not the only way to stop the behavior from happening.

– Women can voluntarily change their behavior.
– Men and society in general can shame/ignore/disassociate with women who behave badly
– The law can punish women who behave badly, as it does in some countries and in the past to varying degrees.
– The law can prevent women from having the opportunity to behave badly, as it is done in some countries and in the past to varying degrees.

The first would be ideal, but totally unrealistic. It really needs to be a combination of all 4, depending on the particular behavior in question.

And this is really no different for men, it’s just the laws, shaming, etc are in place already. I’d argue that they go way to far and end up deterring good behavior in men.

These really apply to any living things behavior. If a dog barks too much…
– The dog can decide he doesn’t want to bark anymore.
– You can train the dog not to bark.
– You can punish the dog for barking too much.
– You can put a muzzle on the dog, or give him up to someone who doesn’t care about the barking.
