A female friend just posted this tripe to FB.  I’m looking at the men I know in my life who were successful and got married.  Funny thing, they were ALL successful (financially) before marriage.  Like what a man can’t be successful without a woman?  Those married guys are now supporting women who have decided to become “stay at home” moms and women who pursue easy part time jobs rather than resuming their careers.

Women act like kids and marriage are some sort of gift that they bestow upon us that somehow contributes to a man’s success?  They don’t consider the possiblity that these things actually…hold him back from achieving MORE success?

Well some the successful men will still be around and the women ….. well …. who cares … not me.

Men have always been successful … with or without women.

Ask your friend on Facebook to name the men they’ve made successful.

I’m not going to start drama with her.  She’s nice, but she’s a Liberal Feminist (not a radical one) who always posts women empowerment crap.  She would just say she made her husband more successful and a better father.  To her credit they do seem to be a good family and she’s loyal to her husband as far as I can tell.

“Or take former Arsenal footballer Ray Parlour. When he wed girlfriend Karen in 1998, it all started out rosy. But by the time the relationship fell apart in 2004, the former optician’s nurse didn’t just get two mortgage-free houses, £38,500 in annual support for their three children and a £250,000 tax-free lump sum…

“Oh no. She also got personal maintenance of £406,500 a year from her ex’s future earnings. This, she said, was because she had ‘encouraged’ him to be a good midfielder.”

Ahh yes, I see she “contributed” to his success by “encouraging him to be good”.

“Behind every successful man, there is a woman.” This is because his wallet is in his back pocket.

They contribute towards our success only in the sense that, the further away they are from us, the more successful we are as a whole.

The vast majority of the time, I’m trying to determine what value each party brings to the relationship.

Wives who stay at home raise the kids and some might actually cook and clean house.  Ok grea, but then what about when the kids are old enough to be in school and their careers are dead so they still stay at home?  What value do they provide then other than draining resources.  After a certain point the value of a stay at home parent is diminishing returns.

Another “thing” which is not remotely able to be proven.

Women always make attempts to deal in the intangible.

They not only love, but must live in realms where nothing can be truly validated or is quantifiable.

It’s no shock that they suck in STEM and have to gravitate to the arts.  God forbid they actually have to even turn a paper in where they have to take some of their mental diarrhea and actually turn it into something where you can say: “Look.  See?  Proof.”

Well, in regards to the sign, a man picking a woman who is horribly wrong for him, could ruin him.  So, that is true.  As for a man being a success, as for most men who are successes, they have to do a lot on their own.  The wrong woman can ruin it.

Personally, I am less inclined with arguing against something, than I am to change what it means to be what I see is more accurate.

I find this most amusing, some of the greatest/innovative men in our history, didn’t care much about a woman’s company, and less for marriage with one.

This quote can be read two ways:

    1.  A man is successful because he has a woman by his side.

    2.  A woman is by a man’s side because he is successful.

I see the second all the time, I’ve never seen the first.

This is just the fleas trying to take credit for the dog.

The only cases where I have EVER seen a woman contribute to a man’s success is by being such a total bitch that he prefers to stay at work to going home and dealing with her.

Meanwhile you find me one “successful” woman who didn’t get a hand up from men.

Women always want to take credit for men’s success but never wanted to credit men for their success.

    According to women :-

Behind every successful men, there’s a women — Yes, Yes, Yes..

Behind every successful women, there’s a men — No hell No, this is sexist, patriarchy mindset, chauvinist, oppression.. etc. etc.. Oh i forgot “this is rape”

They like to blow up correlation with causation.

The truth is women don’t even see men they consider beneath them. And since they’ve all decided they have a very high worth just from having the “golden vag” this means they only notice high net worth men. So they then latch themselves on and pretend they had something to do with it.

I would be more impressed if women took low achieving men and then somehow made them high achievers. But that never happens. Usually women just drag a man down or keep him down.

They contribute to a man’s “success”????

If you call financial ruin, criminalization, a destroyed family, and homelessness a “success”, then yes, women contribute to 99.999% of all “success”. In fact, by those standards, nothing’s more successful than a woman!!!!!!

“Behind every succesful man, there is a woman who wants to leech off his fame.”

Already makes more sense with that small modification. 😀

Every successful man with a woman behind him would be even more successful without her.
