kinda s~~~ty huh?
until you realize MANY businesses will throw in a larg around 20% tipp free in your receipt, most people dont even notice so as a common man your like she works hard hur dur ima tip her well

so she gets a crazy high commission per sale because thats what it is a f~~~ing commission

and then a raw tip on top which will often be a combined effort of multiple people because its a meal out

if I made even a f~~~ing 2% commission based on sales in my life i’d have bank

and worse yet some of the places the raw cash tip is untaxed

and its so awkard when I talk to people about this because they have this ingrown guilt to tip

I have no problem tipping people who work and give good service, be they waitresses who bring my drinks or Ladies who send me to cloud 9.
What I do have a problem with are sacks of s~~~ behind a desk who make 3K a month f~~~ing with the lives of people, making stupid decisions on cases because they are either corrupt or too f~~~ing lazy to do their job correctly.
I have a problem with s~~~-eating greedy prosecutors who make money on the innocents, sending them to jail while knowing full well that the charges are utter bulls~~~.
I have a problem with nurseC~~~s who are paid to aid people but instead hurts them because they’re not happy about the perks they get every months or because that one doctor doesn’t want to f~~~ ’em.
I have a problem with s~~~head bureaucrats who are so afraid to lose their job that they perpetrate or continue this cycle of government corruption.

I have no problem with workers, only their slave-driving bosses.
Waitresses and waiters are on their feet most of their shift serving ingrates and perverts who are so busy looking at their ass that they don’t even notice the sadness in their eyes or the stress due to a low paying job, s~~~ty hours and unpaid bills.
You want to do something about abuse of hidden taxes and tips? Talk to their boss.

I always tip. (Or, I did back in the days when I went to restaurants a lot.) I tip in cash if I have it. The joints I ate in were mostly inexpensive places, and the wait staff was not getting rich. Believe me, I know a few personally.

A pal used to fold his dollar bills into origami and throw one into the tip pile. They were delighted! Sometimes they would bring him their own bills and ask him to fold more for the others. It turned into a good way for him to make new friends.

In Pennsylvania, it is state law that the employer has to make up the difference in the waitresses wage. Here the waitress wage is $3.25 an hour. If a waiter or waitress has a slow night and doesn’t get a lot of tips, the employer has to make up the difference. This only happens during real slow times.

The thing I love about women that work for tips is none of them have a problem exploiting it when they are young and hot, but boy do they hate it when they hit the wall and the tips dry up. The hot young girl at the local hot spot showing some cleavage makes a f~~~ing killing compared to the bitter middle aged woman at the local pizza joint lol.
