The funniest thing is one of the pop up ads I got was for Bertoli pasta dishes. But in big red letters it said “magina” I totally went WTF. I thought it said “mangina”

jan. too much bertoli pasta WILL make a guy puke a little..Ronzoni is the way to go ..message me for a sauce recipe .aw f~~~ it ..
large pot ..stock pot ..big ..
saute 4 large , diced onions chopped, cook till translucent , in good olive oil
add a bulb of garlic no skin, chopped .
cook a few minutes , add 1 cup red wine ( something drinkable .).
add 5 16 oz. cans tomato , crushed ..
add about 2 tbsp. basil,dry
add about 2 tbsp oregano, dry .
add about 1/2 tsp cayanne pepper flakes .
add 3 tbsp sugar .
add 1/2 tsp salt
add 1/2 tsp black pepper
cook on LOW heat , stir every 10 to 15 min for about 4 hours ..will thicken a lot ..
stir bottom of pot ..do not let it burn .
taste , add a little salt or pepper to taste .
add about 5 tbsp sugar ..stir it well and taste ,,
now you have a couple of quarts of real tomato sauce ..
taste good ? freeze 2 or 3 quarts and ENJOY the rest in the next week or so.
