This is an excellent discovery.
My thoughts on the matter are very similar.

I see it as a necessary or lesser evil.
As already pointed out the costs are known upfront, whereas with a failed marriage/de facto relationship it is like a never ending pit opening up in front of you.
You can at least budget for this: can’t afford it, you simply go without…

Plus, it reinforces that most relationships with women today are predicated on money & resources in exchange for intimacy & companionship.
It’s not about “love”, “dedication” or any other emotion…

I agree. They are only worth as much as we place on them. We build them up to be much better than they really are. And the reason we do or used to do that is because WE are the romantic human ones who desire an escape and some softness.

Mickey is right. F~~~ing a 10/10 whore can only provide you with good sex and a powerful orgasm maybe (every man should try it though!).

Personally, I prefer going to spas. Sure, you pay more for a massage on top of teh sex but at least you’re more relaxed afterward, and also during the massage you have the time to decide for sure whether you want her to service you after, but make sure you only pay for the massage first. Interesting point and something I’ve experienced with regards to my relationship the first few months after we split.

I had to keep a list of everything that DIDN’T work / wasn’t right to REMIND ME WHY we split in the first place.

Your mind plays tricks on you and presents all the good bits over the bad.
