I concur. She would be lifting her bodyweight. I casually lug around 30kg of kettlebells (roughly 15kg in each arm) that make the women in my office (some of similar build) completely unable to move. They literally cannot lift just one of them off the ground. Yes, I keep cast iron at my desk.

For my fellow yanks, 120kg is roughly 265 pounds. If she could lift that kind of weight, she would not have the physique in her photos. I knew one woman who actually could deadlift 100kg, but she was a competitive bodybuilder who has since quit the job to be a full-time mom. She was scrappy, corded muscle and about 17% body fat. She had an 8 pack and 13″ biceps that weren’t jiggly.
