I have felt like this for a long time now. I have tried my best to deal with reality but I can’t.

I recently starting taking antidepressants for it but they dont seem to work. I stead I just slept a lot because of them.

I have got to the point where I cant talk to anyone because they think I am ovet reacting

The sleep thing worked for me and I still use it a lot along with IMMEDIATELY having caffeine when I get up.

I have been in the same situation brother! The world is giving the middle finger, friends are useless and don’t understand, family feed you bulls~~~ like “Chin up” and “It will be ok” or other bulls~~~… We are hear for you brother!

Let me give you some advice… pills are not the answer, doctors push that s~~~ like a drug dealer late on rent…. Therapists are even worse! You have to take a look at the core of yourself and find what is messing you up. Once you find what it is get your battle axe and f~~~ that s~~~ up. It can be hard, you will want to quite, you will cower…. but you have the fight in you! You have to re-start that inner fire from a smouldering ember it is now. How do you do this you ask… simple… stop giving a f~~~ and do whatever it is that makes you happy now! Set goals for yourself! Start pumping iron and working out! Feed your mind with intelligence and throw out the main stream bulls~~~! And if you can get a dog… mine saved me from a gun in the mouth!

My last interaction with one went the same way, made me think one thing when she was totally elsewhere.
It sucks, it REALLY sucks, but it’s her loss, not yours.
