So there I was, on youtube, and this acronym came up..MGTOW.  So I googled it, and what do you know, there I was, explained perfectly.  I’m 40, single, never married, and happy.  While I don’t go into the why’s and the wherefore’s of MGTOW, I’m happy to know I have a label and I’m not alone.  Man, this sounds like a alcoholics group or something.

 

For years my friends have tried the setups, the “oh, your a catch” etc, and I have never, not once been interested.  I don’t want a girlfriend, a wife.  I like women,   I like having sex with them, I like being around them,  some of my closest friends are women, but I have never wanted to be around anyone, all the time.

 

I like to do what I want, when I want.  I am self evidently a selfish man, but I do not kid myself that I am not.  Society tries to tell you though..you should be married, you should have kids.  F~~~ that..my DNA ends with me.  I have nieces and nephews,  and a goddaughter that I would do anything for, but I don’t want kids of my own.  Problem is, single, never married 40 year old guy, in societies eyes, is a pervert or Gay, and that is sad.  We have heaps to offer.

 

Glad to have a found a place of like minded guys, and have already had a look at some posts, and look forward to getting involved, this has been a long time coming.
