The breakdown will further be sped up by the introduction of vasalgel. the reason that I say this because women will finally lose their power over fertility and as more men adopt the product, which they invariably will (all the fun but none of the risk!). Some men will lie about the procedure and may be tried for not offering informed consent, pushing more men into getting the procedure because of the press coverage and eventually securing the rights to having kids squarely in men’s hands. Tie this in with women being generally unhappy and hating life as well as the impending wall that they never see coming and we’re in for an interesting collapse indeed.

Well the fact is these are the scrawniest or fattest people you’ll meet. As always they say something and obsess over it, but they fail at it tremendously.

I’ve been fit pretty much my entire life. Prior to your early twenties, you should mostly be doing calisthenics anyway (mostly pushups). Mid-20s through early-30s you can lift weights, but honestly it’s not really functional and it’s mostly aesthetic. You should still be doing calisthenics and cardio even then. From mid-30s on you have to lower down what you lift and your body is going to lose muscle mass. At these ages men start using steroids and cause themselves even more problems. But I digress.

Pussy beggars don’t understand this or know this because they are low testosterone and just like women tend to just try to copy what masculine men do, without understanding why or even knowing the full story to copy it right. Same way women think work is putting on clothes and then sitting in an office, where they just whine all day.

Don’t take fitness advice from pussy beggars or women or anyone else that doesn’t have the look and isn’t natural. You should be learning from actual fit men, and copying what they do if they’ll let you know. That means wrestlers (real wrestlers, not WWE ones), soldiers, boxers and other combat sports, etc. This stuff isn’t really new, the human body really hasn’t changed and training techniques really are very simple.

I have given some advice to members on this site, those that listen find the tried and true methods work. Those that don’t want to listen and instead take their advice from pussy beggars deserve what they get.

Very true. There’s a certain look of fitness that is undeniable and natural – it comes from real hard work, not pumping your body full of steroids and lifting weights you shouldn’t be able to lift. The results are predictable – unnatural, disproportionate, and result in a deformed appearance.
