Yes I did appeal this. It was decided with 8 seconds of thought that because I lived 1000 miles away and forfeited all my visitation time that the c~~~ absorbed all the child rearing expenses, thus I was not eligible for an adjustment in child support. The fact that the c~~~ makes $200,000 a year was irrelevant. The Defendant must be punished.

This c~~~ made me homeless after 8 seconds of deliberation. The lawyer gave her an income and expense sheet with CS and half CS. None of that logical calculation mattered. I would have loved to pay half.

I always read your posts and can feel the passion behind them. This one is will be added to the TopGun forum – whether it’s popular or highly-rated or not…. because it’s very important for men to think like this.

You may still carry it with you, but leaving some here for others to find is invaluable.

I think on similar lines. 4 years ago, I traded my car in for a “new” used one – already 2 years old. It was like new and even smelled new…. but for the longest time, I put it off and thought “Just one more year I don’t need a nicer/newer car”. And then I said “ah f~~~ it” and traded the old one in.

A guy I know well was making monthly child support payments equal to a new Porsche which made my stomach turn.

His story —>> was how I rationalized gladly paying a little more for something I enjoyed MUCH more.

do not misunderstand my purpose for laying my deal on the table. I do not want charity. I will bear my cross myself. my deal is not as bad as some, but the absolute imbalance of income in this deal is painful, the brutal application of what passes for justice in the face of common sense is intended as a wake up call to some who may be contemplating marriage.

it is valuable to place an opportunity cost on the damage this insane women cause. the price of my freedom was losing everything I worked for plus a nice sports car. $28,000 also pays for a college education, a decent used fishing boat, a small business, or a huge down payment on a house.

There are millions of men telling this same story. The original impetus that drove me to seek out the red pill and, ultimately, MGTOW was hearing three recently divorced men talking together in a coffee shop about how badly they were getting raped by the court and their ex-wives.

I don’t need to count the costs for those of you who are living through it.

However, for those of you younger men who may still be on the fence and think the bad things about marriage may sound bad but don’t really see the good of remaining unmarried, let me offer you the counter-point… what happens when you DON’T buy into the illusion:

I was raised in a small town in Alabama to a middle class family with modest means and no aspirations. I was an arrogant little prick, maybe a bit too smart for my own good but not terribly social and definitely not one to “join” with the pack.

My first job was scrubbing dumpsters at a Burger King. I was soon running the entire place and moved on to work in a hospital, then a music store. Everything I did was self taught and I was never turned down for a job that I wanted… not because I was smart, but because I was focused and confident.

I dodged a baby bullet at 18… had a chance to f~~~ (and inevitably knock up) my nerdy but very sexy girlfriend of the time but rejected it. Seeing her fury and near instantaneous jumping into another guy’s bed, getting pregnant and subsequent slide into poverty and self-destruction within two years set me on the right path.

I dropped out of college, taught myself how to do live audio engineering and went on the road with a touring band. I spent ten years homeless… traveling almost constantly from town to town across the country, from New York to New Mexico… all the while getting paid to go to parties while I learned my craft.

I f~~~ed around foolishly and chased my unicorn for a while, but I never got attached, never let a woman get a foothold, never lived with a woman and never thought twice about breaking off with a woman and kicking her to the curb. I made my trade, got what I wanted, gave what I could afford in return and then moved on. Let them cry.

At 30 I got a vasectomy. Times were changing and women were getting more aggressive and I wanted the guarantee against entrapment. As I’ve gotten older, I meet and have sex with fewer women but I still do it, knowing full well the dangers and though I still sometimes think fondly of the days when I believed in unicorns, I have made my life a fortress against invasion by women by focusing on my needs and my values. Still letting them cry.

And the strategy has been a successful one. I do not have a college degree nor any formal education to speak of nor do I have any certifications but I created and have operated a successful software business for the last 16 years. This business currently generates over $300,000 a year, most of which is either my salary or under my control for business purposes.

I’ve lived in top-tier apartments and condos in Atlanta, Austin, San Francisco, Singapore, Tokyo and, now Las Vegas… some of the most expensive and metropolitan cities in the world. I now live by myself in a four bedroom home with a three car garage. I drive a Jeep Rubicon and a Mercedes convertible, both financed but with payments I can make without difficulty. I have a Harley Davidson motorcycle, paid for in cash, and a teardrop camper trailer, also paid for in cash as well as an array of high-end telescopes, two very nice drones, a brand new pinball machine, incredible home entertainment system, two fully stocked bars, a living room, dining room and bedroom filled with American made, licensed mid-century modern furniture, an expensive fish tank and hydroponics setup for raising fish and greens and a significant collection of firearms, tactical equipment and supplies which take up an entire bedroom.

Most recently I am developing two new businesses out of the profits of my current business… an advancement on my existing software service which I am paying an engineer to build, and a $35,000 A/V setup which consists of a 6000 watt PA system and four camera mobile production studio and live streaming rig… paid for in cash.

I still engage in society, though I don’t talk about my social or political beliefs, and I still meet and sleep with women, dealing fairly and honestly with them in what you might call a “rational exchange of values” in which I get the small amount of sex and companionship I require to maintain my mental health and provide them with a ride or a meal or an activity they would otherwise not have in return. Plus, after all the experience I’ve garnered, when it comes to sex I usually leave them not feeling used but rather desperate for more. Again, I’m not that good… I’m that focused and confident.

I have never been accused of rape, I have never had the police called on me over an altercation, I have never spoken to a family counselor or lawyer, I have never been accused of “cheating” or been “cheated on” by a woman. I’ve never been sperm jacked, never had a paternity suit, never paid an alimony payment, never ceded property or rights or ownership of my business to a woman… I won’t even let her open a fresh toothbrush after she blows me. “You just had your tongue in my asshole… use my toothbrush and I’ll clean the grout with it afterwards and throw it away.”

I have near complete authority and total responsibility in my life. I listen to the music I want (no, you may not play your music in my house) and eat the foods I want and sleep and wake up when I want. I travel where I want, drink what I want, think and say when I want and I never have to deal with a woman’s friends, family, history or mental instability for a moment longer than I choose.

This is not mere bragging… this is the power of being unmarried. When I left my home town in Alabama, I never expected to do ANY of these things. It’s not by natural ability, financial backing, dashing good looks or a big swinging dick, either. I’m lucky to be considered average on any of those points. This is purely about having the WILL to live my own life on my own terms and finding the way to do it.

Many of these things may not be MGTOW, but they are mine and I am proud of them. This is the life you can have when you produce what you need to have what you want and let NOBODY tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. While I am sorry for those of you who took the blue pill and got plugged back into the Matrix then were surprised when your wife and kids turned out to be Agents, I am telling you that taking the red pill may be bitter and may require effort, but it is the only way to live any sort of life that you can be proud of.

Authority. Above everything else, MGTOW is about refusing to be controlled by a relationship. To go your own way is the only way to be the author of your own story. And if you’re not the author, you’re just an actor reading someone else’s script.
