I can't talk to my Mom long before she starts the drama s~~~

My Mom was one of the early libbers. She is on same page as lesbians,but lesbians don’t take the s~~~ or pay the money guys will.She used to look good and ex husbands bought her fine care and homes.After she hit the wall she sucked family members of all the money she could and always had a mouth full of how sorry men are in spite of all they did for her.Your mother,sister and most females are entitled and you can’t do enough and they can’t miss a chance bash men.

My Mom’s cool ( and has a real sense of propriety and values ) but she has two sons, so she kinda has to be in our corner. She’s not a libber, and hates ALL that politically correct horses~~~. She’s very well put together, but occasionally she sends me those misandry-style internet “jokes” about how “men are stupid” and how “you can’t leave a man on his own” etc.

It’s like she’s cool on the surface, but un-knowingly, she’s still a woman and lives to tease, talk down and jab. My father wasn’t a wimpy washcloth or anything, but she teased, belittled and mocked him right in front of us, and scolded MUCH too often. Since Dad died, she needs a replacement to nag…. so when I visit, I get told I “dry my hands with wrong towel” and “drink from the wrong cup”. Her petty nagging drives me f~~~ing bananas.

I can only take it in small doses, and once told her “you can TRULY drive a man to drink”.

My brother doesn’t even notice it, but he’s 100% blue pill and married.

My mom is one of those very conservative traditionalist types. While she doesn’t agree with all the PC and feminist bulls~~~, she’d take advantage of all that if she were on her own and healthier. She also makes comments occasionally about how “women train men to be more civilized” and all that bulls~~~.

No and the point is she is old and sick and I am the only one keeping her out of a old folks home.My point is no matter how much you do for them is not enough. If I don’t come around and she makes it hard to be around here she will be in the Little Sisters of the poor.She will share a room with another women and she could not get along with anyone ever.

My mom raised 3 boys on her own, alone, and I do mean alone ALONE, no help from anyone at all. She didn’t got any alimony, well by court she did but my useless father never paid any.
All this while running her own business that kept getting robbed, and she still always found time to take us and pick us up from school.

A few weeks ago I wrote on these forums that women shouldn’t be allowed vote, most women would go ballistic over that statement, but believe it or not I heard it from my mom.

And yes, she did use shaming language when I started getting closer to 30 and kept saying I wasn’t gonna get married or have kids, BUT, on the other hand she was the one that kept shooting down all my girlfriends saying they were no good, she never liked a single one ever which now I see really helped me never to get married till now.

She also hates all this push for women in politics and CEOs, she’s the first one that says it’s a horrible idea and they’ll basically ruin the world.

I have alot of respect for my mother as she raised 2 boys by herself without outside help. Dad skipped out on child support and she didn’t pursue. The only big payout she got was when my brother and I were already in our 20’s. But she is as “mom” as mom can get. Old school, submissive and a tendency to wallow in self pity hoping someone would rescue her.

She won’t be able to wrap her head around any concepts like MGTOW without looking outside the window to see if the sky had turned upside down.

i’m sure you are aware and realistic.
that said, try to agree with her when you can and CHANGE THE TOPIC when it gets bad.
i deal with similar, in mid-conversation i just start saying things like…
“nice weather huh mom ? remember when we went” ;
to the zoo ?
to the beach that summer ?
etc..
bring up nice memories from the past to distract her ..
limit the amount of time you spend in one sitting..
but try to see her often..
i have lots of excuses ready BEFORE i visit ..
appointments i have to go to.( not real )
if you bring a gift, even cake or anything, leave it outside so you can leave for 5 minutes..

Thinking about my parents where never bad people nor anti- tow they were good people. But.. I can say there was one major difference between our relationship- almost a plague to our family name. It was the simple nature to respect each other.

Still laughing, I remember vividly how my mom on the phone went through the effing roof the first time I got my own apartment.

I thought, “What? I’m supposed to move back in and support you, until I move out into a wedding home???????????? and the ASSumed entitlement of the day’s young fair kind-of maidens that, “Yes, yes, bust your f~~~ing ass, live like a pauper, establish yourself well in your career, and I will consider, perhaps, moving my ass laterally from my parents fine home to our ‘fine home to be’ and if it doesn’t work out, I shall keep the home.”

My mother was just a typical christian awalt, she was not a good mother, she was greedy, selfish, materialistic, and forced her s~~~ty beliefs on her kids. The only positive thing is i did see the true nature of women through her. I knew her main goal was to raise me into a christian gentleman that will get married and in her old age support her (Which if i was to get married i probably cease contact with my mother).
