Women do not need to be in any position of authority like this. They are emotional, and their instability can lead to so many bad outcomes. This one is just self-inflicting for the most part. A woman without boundaries is like a fire hose, full blast, without the team to control it. You can only watch the destruction that follows, or risk your safety to try to set it back on target.
