Does anyone else find this term utterly degrading? “Human Resources”. The human part is an afterthought.

You are a resource. You are to be used, exploited, and then discarded.

Woman gravitate to managing this role. Always women. Never men.

    The answer, is no.

Women love to enter the human resources field because it gives them the ultimate power over mens’ livelihoods. Obey me and my feminazi agenda or I will see to it that you go on welfare and then I’ll contact Social Services and have them take away your kids and home so you’ll end up homeless. Power to the Vagina!!

Human Resources – the biggest waste of ANY companies resources. A useless group populated principally by c~~~s, simps and manginas. I’ve been mishandled by these piles of crap too many times to count.

Last one phone screened me for a job he admitted he knew nothing about. Another f~~~ed up payroll. Another one couldn’t get an answer from the hiring manager because he either didn’t give a s~~~, had no b~~~~, forgot about the job he was assigned to recruit or more likely, all of the above.

This is exactly the reason I choose to work for a small, privately owned company.

Usually the shop manager is responsible for hiring, and the floor supervisors are the ones interviewing.

The benefits may not be as nice, but you are treated better.

Don't chase tail. Turn yours around, walk away, and live free!

One of the places I worked recently started calling people ‘Human Capital’

Next step was to call us Human Cattle.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

HR c~~~s have sent many firms to the wall. If they can, they will always hire another c~~~, regardless of qualifications or experience.

Human Resources sounds better than Protect the Company’s Ass Department.

Spot on. Too many people think that HR is there for you. It’s not. It’s there to protect the company FROM you. If you are taking grievances to HR they are already starting to protect themselves from you. You’re just giving them a head’s up to your future law suit. It gives them time to document that you are a malcontent.

Make no mistake, women in any role look men as a human resource. They want you to pay for the marriage, the family house , the family car, the children, work your ass off, complain that you are working long hours. Does not matter to them what you want from your own only one life.

At least, prostitutes are honest and tell you how much they want for what and that’s it, not faking that they are your best friend while thinking at you as a resource to be exploited.

The only thing HR is concerned about is the organisations legal liability in any given situation. I was able to benefit from this knowledge recently when a manager tried to reverse a transfer.Still I was lucky the manager involved was a mangina. Rules policy & the law don’t apply when a female is involved……
