Anonymous3Hi,
the HR made many of us to fill out a “personality test”, that was way too much bulls~~~. I am a STEM guy, and also introvert, and I cannot tolerate nonsense bulls~~~, but I tried to fill it.The test seemed to be made up by some UK based company, translated to our language.
Every question (of total 52) had three sentences in very general wording like:
– “I do the work on time”
-“I care people’s feelings”
– “I do not like to break the rules”
– “I am innovative”
– “I like to be a team leader”
– “I am shy / scared at big events” (and so on…)and it was forced selection, which one of the sentences I agree the most or the least. (and, sometimes I agree all, or none, ot two, or disagree all, or have no clue at all)
To conclude, the result of the test may be some bulls~~~ too.
I was thinking al the time “If you HR bitches just would ask the big boss, or my colleagues, what I am like, it would be more simple, they know me well for many years. ….”Is that stupid s~~~ common at your place? Or our HR is just bored and does not have a clue what to do.
This personality test thing is finally news to you? Every job application I filled out for the past 20 years has had those tests. If you don’t pass it (I suggest lying), you don’t get the job. And these are at minimal wage jobs at retail, grocery stores. It’s bulls~~~, and it’s very annoying, because they load up those tests with like a 100 questions and again, you need to answer them in a certain way if you want the application to get to the human resources desk.

I find that the questions often repeat, or don’t even make sense. Another load of claptrap invented by useless, self-important, university ‘educated’ c~~~s trying to create a job for themselves.
They started that s~~~ where I work a few years ago. From what I heard about it, if they had it 2 decades ago back when I put in my application, I would’ve never got the job.
The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.
I remember having to take those tests. You cant answer honestly. You have to give them the answers they WANT to hear. It shows how pliable you are, basically. Tickle their ears, get the job.
Simple as that. Its all bulls~~~ thought policing.

A friend of mine had worked for a company for many years and when the company was sold to a new owner, the employees all had to take a similar personality test. He went down the line of questions and answered “C” for every one of them. The consultants who administered the test gave him crap about it, but he replied that those were his actual answers and to prove otherwise if they wanted to challenge him. (While not exactly Red Pill, this guy has “ZFG” attitude toward almost all corporate BS. He had so much specialized knowledge in that industry, that he was relatively safe from being fired. Plus, he was close to retirement).

Anonymous12We had a survey recently which I didn’t bother with but I did read the questions. It went into all these questions about sexuality and gender, identity politics. Business is always way behind what is really happening in society. All that s~~~ is on the way out.

I wonder if anyone has sued a company for making workers take such tests on the grounds the test is sexist?

That is very possible. The tolerance people have for meaningless, insulting bulls~~~ is getting lower by the day.
Given my personality I’d ask for a crayon so I could fill out the test.

Yes, how the f~~~ does one want to know anything, if the question already is a bulls~~~ nonsense?

No, not new, I have seen such tests before. But not on job applications in my country. They keep importing bulls~~~ from the west.
They do not realize, that in our country’s job market, the employers compete for the best people, and they also compete with the idea of the worker’s moving to other country and earning lot more (even in lower-skilled jobs than the current one). (Many people already left the company, even if salary is good, because a lot of bad things to deal with I don’t want to write in details…)
But, what sense does it make to bother people with bulls~~~ nonsense test, who have been in the team for many years already?
I would have refused until they told me the crimes I was being accused of…
If they said I was not being accused of a crime.
I would ask why the interrogation?
Call it what it is and do not give them the upper hand..
Nothing good comes to you after you are interrogated..I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

Exactly. This is awful.
It could be considered psychological profiling.
Sounds like something from a women’s magazine. I suspect women in HR also read the horoscopes of people they interview. F~~~ing idiots.

The test/survey is optional. While looking at the questions though I couldn’t help but think of it as a way of trying to bring in more women, trans, queer etc In the end they will manipulate the results to suit themselves.
