Been cooking anything good as of late?

To be honest I’m revamping my diet a bit. I’m still a vegan but I kinda’ told myself that I wasn’t going to buy anything that came pre-made, in a box and so on any more as I gained about 10lbs from being a bit lazy.

    I like outdoor grilling.

I LOVE seafood, turkey, and steaks…the top 3 reasons I can’t go vegan myself.  One of the very few females I speak to got to recently try my steak and said it was the best she’d ever had.  Feels kind of nice to know I took after my dad in some ways, like in cooking.  😛

Home cooking is the best cooking, no matter what your diet plan.

Tried being vegan for a whole summer about 2 years ago. It was an interesting experiment, but I’m not too keen to repeat it. Interestingly to me, if pork and chicken went extinct, I’d probably go vegetarian myself. I’m not big into any of the other meats.

You have to be very careful going vegan.  You can lose 20% of your brain mass.  The human digestive system was mean to ingest flesh to support our larger brains.

Anyway, I figure the best purchase I have ever made besides a coffee maker was a slow cooker.  Set it and forget it.  Nothing but love.  Also, if you don’t like the clean up you can get slow cooker bags that can be thrown away after each cooking session.

Don't stick your dick into anyone you aren't willing to put up with for eighteen years and nine months.

Actually from my education and research into other things, that’s not true. In fact, more research in my field now says that meat consumption (as it is in the West) accounts for higher rates of dementia.

I mostly cook beef mince with some sort of cooking sauce, the odd vegetables thrown in and serve it with some sort of carbs like pasta or rice.

The only thing I want to achieve is cheap meals that fill me up and gain me some weight before I rejoin the gym, I’m pretty damn skinny
