Notice how this woman got 3 and 1/2 yrs for manslaughter: ‘because she had lost control rather than taken the law into her own hands’ and: ‘taking into consideration her position as a single mother’. The judge said: “There must never be the slightest encouragement for mob rule.” as if cutting a sentence in half isn’t encouragement if you are single woman (or just woman single or not).

Not justifying their actions but the bias is amazing. Forget staying with a crazy woman who will only get 3 and 1/2 yrs (which in UK means half of the time in jail, the other half in the community so really 1 yr and 9 mnths) if she stabs you and claims she ‘lost control’ is ‘a single mother’ or accuses you of abuse.

F~~~ that pedophile! He got what he was looking for. He’s lucky he didn’t fall into my hands, Lord forbid! I can understand the judge decision on that case. I can’t compare it to the others but the sentences are obviously skewered. Many of those judges have their hands tied or have gone the deep end, choose which.

Sands sobbed in the witness box as she told jurors she had gone to plead with Pleasted to admit his crimes and spare his young accusers from having to go to court.

That’s the crux of it right there. Ignorant woman meddling in the affairs of others, and she’s enraged because the guy won’t do as he’s told. It’s not for her to pass sentence on anyone, that’s why we have due process. Even an alleged paedophile deserves his day in court, it remains entirely possible he was in fact innocent, a mere allegation (no matter how plausible) is no indication of guilt.
