This is about an oldman in my neighbourhood. He had a good life but screwed it.

He was 60 yrs old retired and getting a decent pension(which is half of the last salary he got before retire). His wife was also getting pension like the same above. He had 2 daughters ,both married and they were having children of their own. His wife died and all her savings were transferred to his account. He also had a house which was jointly owned.He was living alone there but had a lot of cash and his daughters used to visit him once in a month. He was healthy and took care of himself.

This guy somehow got into an affair with a 35 yrs old divorced/widowed woman.She had 10 yr old kid too. This guy made her pregnant and married her later. Now the 60 yr old guy is father of a kid who is younger than his grandchildren.

His daughters got angry at his act .They quarreled at him for the ownership of house. After his death ,the house was supposed to be theirs ,but with the marriage and child things have complicated. So they take him to court for the house and the court evicts him till judgment is given, which will take years because of a slow and burdoned judiciary. Even then there are appeal courts.

Now he is living in a rented house, with his pension supporting his new wife and children.He is miserable and is asking for loan from his friends.

This guy could have f~~~ed some hookers or some cheating women out of his own town and lived as a respected man, but he made choices which have made his life a hell.

How is it possible to get someone evicted from their house while they are still alive because they changed their will?

He didnt change the will, but AFAIK the house was in the name of the dead women only I think and not joint, so daughters have inheritance. Now that has married and having children and if they stay there for certain years they can claim ownership. Even people who are on rent can use this loophole , so they took to court. India has a lot of old british colonial rules.One example is , If a guy makes his wife give a bj to him and she complaints,it will be treated as offence under ‘un-natural sex activities law’

The point of the older woman getting pregnant clearly was to trap the man into giving her resources and she succeeded in her goal here. At the very least the state would have enforced the bulls~~~ known as child support on him but now he must deal with child support for 2 kids and potential alimony (and that is after the property division granted by the marriage contract).

The lesson here is that although you can make mistakes in life don’t double down on them. He went from kind of f~~~ed to completely f~~~ed.

Awalt as it is clear these kids do not give a single s~~~ about their father outside of the resource (aka the house). Of course the new wife does not give a s~~~ either however the difference is that he spent decades of his life dealing with his children over his new wife.

Also him being 60 should be a sign that it is too late to make such f~~~ ups in life. The truth is everyone f~~~s up and i will certainly f~~~ up but by the time you are 60 your f~~~ up days are over.

If i make it to 60 (i ain’t planning on it but if somehow survive) i am pretty much gonna be a mgtow monk.
