Old Bill warned about this s~~~, and what a s~~~show it would be engaging with trolls and we’ve seen it first hand. Three or four different threads on one troll, all of which have gone 5 pages or more. Because members don’t understand a simple f~~~ing concept like “stop feeding the trolls”. And because the same mental midgets keep engaging these guys for their own entertainment. People are already talking about bailing on this place. And without Keymaster to clean up this mess, that’s what’s going to happen.

We don’t allow this kind of s~~~ to go on in Zoom.

I have very high standards / expectations in many aspects of my personal life and I had made for the first time an exception and joined a forum because of its obvious overall quality. The current freedom given to trolls at this point isn’t making the site as attractive as it used to be. I’m assuming that like birds of a feather other decent members will increasingly find the site less palatable.

Exactly. I may engage with trolls every now and then, but mostly on different sites. But, after listening to the audio book “The 48 Laws Of Power” I don’t concern myself with trolls anymore. The key to responding to low life trolls is just to ignore them. It infuriates them because of this and gives you more control and power over the situation.

Playing with trolls might be fun, but it takes too much energy to do so.

I will always be here. No amount of trolls will change that. I have faith in Keymaster. He will sort things out. As long as women exist, MGTOW.com will thrive. I love MGTOW.com a lot simply from the posts from the past. I love the current posts as well but I could stay up for hours night after night reading posts from years ago. I still do. As long as that stuff stays in existence.

What needs to be worked on is some kind of automated mailing list for zoom chat members to know the new link so I don’t always have to go searching for it and members not in the chat are unavailable so I don’t know who to get the link from and I miss out on awesome conversations. 😉

The only thing that makes me avoid forums in general, even in MGTOW forums, is the fact that so many veteran members are so paranoid about who’s a tuna or not; and they usually attack new members for this.

This results in new members especially, not being able to say what they want in fear of backlash.

Otherwise, I generally have no problems with forums.

Once you realize that they are mostly very poor creatures with nothing else in their lives, then you know how to cope with them if they insult anything about you, your race, your country, your health… your musical taste… Whatever.

They read through your posts with the PURE intention to find any weak spot you might have just so they can wind you up with it.

And we agree that in the past we had to deal with paid trolls.

Plainly ignoring them has the following flaw:

They get louder and louder. Until others follow them and the mob goes against you. That’s a mistake I used to make back in my first school years.

Later I learned to shut them up with a “final statement” or “fierce action” that would display to them better to look for another “easier” victim.

There are always going to be trolls in any groups; so in mgtow.com. But that doesn’t mean I will leave this place. This place has been pouring pure wisdom into my brain ever since I joined. People leave groups for different reasons. Sometimes they could be busy and completely forget about the groups they joined. Trolls alone cannot make a member leave mgtow.com; but radical (I mean using harsh and violent language against someone) posts might. I can understand the ‘red-pill rage’ of our new members and men who already suffered a lot. But, that’s the way we communicate each other. We tell the truth as the way it is without any PC bullsh*t. So 1 or 2 trolls among dozens of wise threads does not affect me personally; but for KM this could be a pain in the butt.

Also the increased number of trolls means we are going mainstream. Trollers feed on the emotions of group members. In order to bring trollers, we have to become famous (or notorious). Anyway, I look at trolls as haters and attention who*res whom will do literally anything to get others attention. So Ignore them first. If they continue, block them.

So don’t try to fight them. Ignore and mock them to a point they understand they cannot get us to change and leave themselves. Also, don’t forget trollers are the nightmares in any online groups. We can’t completely avoid them, because they will comeback in a different name. The best we can do is make them leave before they sh*t all over the threads.

Also, good mgtow members look at the useful threads and will not much care about the few trolls. We cannot please every man joining this group. We are not asking people to join mgtow either. Those who find us useful will eventually come to us and join the group. That’s how I joined btw.
