I’m biased but …. it’s a given to delete FaceF~~~. Then go find a gliding club, it’s cheaper than powered flight.
Give it a couple of tries. You may find the skill, concentration and isolation …. along with being a bird … will get your activity juice flowing again.
Or if you want a real kick up the pants …. go do a skydive or tandem jump.
Anything so that adrenaline pumps …. and kickstarts your enthusiasm ☺
I’m currently fighting my facebook habits along with you.I haven’t entered it for 2 months and i think i’m coming clean.Just find something you like and put your energy into it.

If I remember correctly, If you choose to delete the account, it gets deleted after 3 months If you don’t login.
I did it 3 months ago, now tried to login and …nothing. Freedom !

Kicking Facebook is pretty easy compared to kicking MGTOW.com and YT MGTOW-related channels addiction
proud carrier of the 'why?' chromosome
I stopped commenting on youtube videos for the most part, got tired of people trying to argue about every little thing, or lashing out because they didn’t like what was said, especially when they had no clue what they were talking about.
As for facebook, well it looks like striking the final blow won’t be too difficult as the last person I still have on it, continues to drift away, eventually to be forever lost to the bread and circuses.

How to get over facebook addiction:
Get convicted of a crime by using your facebook posts against you.
See that was easy.
#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

Anonymous9Or losing your job over it.
I’m amazed at the number of people that I’ve read about who’ve lost their job due to Facebook.

Anonymous42A selfie on FaceCook is the last thing I need! I’ll never understand FaceCrotch addiction, only because I never signed up to be a FaceF~~~, I mean F~~~Face.
If you are addicted to FaceF~~~ then kill your account. No? Give me the password and I’ll kill it for you! I like killing things that ought to be dead anyway!

This may seem a little weird to hear at first, but have you considered living with the amish? They are laid back, hard working people, and also some of the happiest people. There’s a lot to learn from them about keeping life simple and finding meaning in hard work. You wouldn’t have to do it forever, either. You could do it for maybe 6 months or a couple years, then take what you’ve learned and come back to society with a new perspective. Just a thought.
