I may need to watch this. I try to avoid sugar now as much as I can, but I’m having a hard time ditching sodium…THAT is my biggest contributor to my weight gain/maintaining a weight only when I’m overweight.
When it comes to healthy foods, spinach has been by best friend. I love it raw, and could practically eat it all day.
However, after a while, I get cravings for the fattest things, and Cokes as well (I love the taste of it, but I KNOW it probably contributes to my gain as well).
I DO exercise a few times a week when I can, particularly on weekends when I’m finally off work. I know if I fixed up my diet, I’d lose the extra weight I have pretty quickly. I’ve done it before a couple years back, but just haven’t been able to do it since. 😐
