How she general manager ruined an entire department in 1 month

This story happened 2 years ago, luckily, I’m in a better place nowadays.

I started off in a very small company, which grew larger and prominent in its industry, things were going well and we hit the market pretty good.

we were working on several important projects till she came and decided to kick some people out, because that was what the management wanted due to some delays in the delivery.

However, missy decided that she wants to be super tough and show how no one should mess with her, so she broke apart an entire team, pushed the head of the department to a very insulting role, another guy she planned to fire while he was in the hospital waiting for his child to be born and me and few others were moved to a temporary team.

a week later she asked me if I’m staying and I said “not sure”, then she started making all sorts of s~~~ty promises and how much she wants me to stay, but after what nearly happened to my friend (who she didn’t fire because she knew I wouldn’t take it lightly to see a fellow fired while he is expecting a child)…. I decided that she is an unreliable person and I also quit and my boss filed for resignation as well.

to cut things short, she came and after 1 month, the people who established the company were all fired or resigned, tell me something.. is it always like this with them? they come in and they have to f~~~ everybody, to show they are not one to mess with ah?

From my experience … yes. This is where feminism has gotten us. Workplaces now resemble a 3rd grade classroom. They bring drama, rumors, and s~~~ty backstabbing attitudes with them everywhere they go …

Yup.
My former job the bosshole gave free reign to some c~~~. Her and other c~~~s didn’t like me so they f~~~ed with until I had enough and booked it down the road. Two weeks later the other guy with the same job as me said f~~~ it too and bolted.

They still haven’t recovered from the two of us leaving. Place is even more of a s~~~ show with 3 times the staff.

We just had the same thing happen at my work. This woman comes in from the govt department that is supposed to be our support network ( they dont support us in any way), and proceeded to f~~~ the place up so badly now that everyone hates their new roles.

This woman made all these changes she decided needed to happen despite not knowing anything about the jobs we were doing or how the organisation functioned, and did not listen to the advice given to her by senior members of the organisation.

We finally got rid of her a week ago but she has done so much damage its not sure if we will be able to repair things back to how they were before she came along.

This bitch also had the audacity to invite only some people from the office to her going away drinks, but then get upset and cry that she wasnt invited to a Christmas function which was organised by a couple of us as a separate thing from work. Their delusion knows no bounds..

In our case, we had one person fired , 2 demoted and quit , and 5 others resigned – in total she lost to the company 8 people in a department of about 15 , in a single month.

After another month, 2 more people left and a year later,the very last of the founding team decided to get the f~~~ out of there.

Lucky for her, the competitors suck so badly, that they didn’t take advantage of the time it took the company to recover from that damage, not sure if it did though.

She is the most stupid person I have ever, we all worked together for years, of course people will share their experience with her and say how she planned to fire someone while he is expecting a child in the hospital, so much for trying to appear like a decent person I guess

I currently work in a department that had a female department head. She said out in front of several people, “I don’t want the department to be ran well, I want the department to APPEAR to be ran well.” This was many years ago. She was so bad at lying. It was funny, her contract wasn’t renewed and the manager who she hired was fired too. All new policies had to be instituted by the GM after she left. So yeah, no female bosses!

This happened to me, it’s happening frequently now. Gynocentric c~~~ took over my department started slowly replacing the men that actually worked with unqualified women and the men that were left were stuck doing double triple duty, than like clock work preggo leave then preggo leave this one princess was there 5 years preggo 3 times than finally left. Now the last 3 men left my old department left they had enough, to be replaced by manginas and females all of a sudden everyone super busy and nobody can figure out why all the mistakes errors and problems come from.

Freedom, kinda same thing happened to me about 10 years ago. I was like a son to the owner, he gave me a lot of responsibilities, then he decided to retire and put a woman who was second in charge at the head. I knew my time was limited, and she asked me to do something slightly illegal by “cooking some books”. I told her no. She fired me about a month later.

About a year after that, she was fired and I think she was charged with embezzlement from what I’ve heard.

I hated that job, though. I kinda wanted to get fired.

Like a bird on the wire, like a drunk midnight choir, I have tried in my way to be free.
