    Are there any Monster mgtows on here benching more than 3 wheels a side?

    ive currently got 2 plates a side 100KG x4 reps PR going for a new pr in a few weeks

    I only do about 77kg but at least I do that for 5 sets of 9 reps because I’m a hypertrophy fuccboi

    I’m not a monster. 5-8 195. I can bench 350. That’s at 48 years old. My max was 405. That was 20 years ago. I’ve got the torn pec to show for it. It’s a real beauty. My advice to you is to lift 100lbs under your max for as many reps as you can. You will get stronger than hell. I’ve got over 30 years of doing this. Take my advice if you want. Be careful.

    70 kg., but consider that my bodyweight is around 74kg. I hope to the end of the month the weight I’ll be able to lift to be around 80 kg. My chest is growing steadily anyway. Good food, regular training and enough sleep, that’s all you need.

    keep up the training everyone sounds like were all doing awesome. 🙂 and i usually train with lower weight for more reps my best recently was 85KG for 5 sets of 8 reps
