I’ve been having some problems with my workout,

It’s an advantage I guess, but I don’t like to eat much, sure I love going to restaurants and have nice special meals, but I can’t push too much food down my throat on a regular workday.
So it turns out that I’m lacking the nutrition to develop my body, I eat tuna, love Salmon, chicken breast and everything, but I hear that for doing well on your bodywork, you really need to eat well and I always f~~~ up with that.
Lately, I started eating disgusting oatmeal every morning, it tastes like s~~~, no matter how I make it, but at least it’s a really quick meal

What’s your routine when it comes to food?

I’m a fat body so grain of salt time.

Have you tried making healthy snacks that you can munch on during the day.

    Some sort of trail mix?

    Hahahaha
I eat oatmeal raw, with milk, no sugar.
    And I find it delicious.

Although I could eat coal flavored food, for as long as nutrients are present I don’t give a s~~~.

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

I got a premade with maple syrup flavoring, that some really bad s~~~ in flavor. but hell it takes only 5 minutes to eat and it’s healthy.

It’s rare for a guy to work out and eat too less – its the other way around.

Lift weights while closely monitoring your weight. You should be losing weight if you have a gut/pot belly. Gaining muscles is doable with excess calories but its more optimal to go calorie deficit, lose fat, and then maintain a steady diet to SLOWLY build muscles.

    Patience is key here.

Bulking and cutting is rarely feasible long term.

You don’t wanna lift heavy and eat in surplus only to look skinny-fat.

    1. Lose excess fat (calorie deficit+training) 2. Maintain muscle mass and build over next few years with tailoring to your diet and adjusting with meal frequency/proportion when you start gaining fat around your belly.

I’m on loss of appetite myself these days so I’ve cut down on the workouts and lifting. I’ve been eating one meal a day now for 4 or 5 months and even then I have to force it down. I get hunger pains but when I put food in my mouth I chew but have a hard time swallowing.
I been compensating with milk shakes and fruits, nuts and ice cream. Haven’t lost nor gained weight in a year since I got that stomach bacteria that almost gave me cancer.
I’ve started to go swimming a lot since that builds appetite and so far it seems to work. I’ve slowly started eating two, sometimes three meals again for the past couple of weeks but it’s still iffy.

Supplements and during the day when not eating, alkaline water.

Are you consuming supplements like protein shakes, protein bars? There are meal replacement shakes which have a few more nutrients in them. Also a multi-vitamin can help. And ya sure there’s people that’ll say you p~~~ out 80% of what the multi-vitamin gives you to which i say ya but i still got 20% more than i would have otherwise. 😉

But ya for you, if you really don’t like to eat, i’d try looking at liquid supplements. Protein powders, lean weight gain powders, meal replacement drinks. Things of that nature.

You NEED to Eat calorie dense Food !!

Don’t worry about fat content because it sounds like you need the cals.

    Natural Peanut Butter
Full fat Dairy, and Whole Milk if you can handle the Lactose
whole eggs, and omelettes with lots of cheese and meat
Beef 80/20 Hamburger or marbled steaks if you can afford them
chicken thighs and drumsticks with the skin
    grilled Italian sweet sausage
    pork
    bacon
    etc.
