    My e-mail inbox is overflowing with emails from this forum. How do I turn off e-mail notifications?

    Reference the title of the topics in your email that are being sent:

    Go back to that topic / thread and click ‘unsubscribe’ in the same place that you accidently clicked ‘subscribe’ when you originally viewed the topic.
