Don’t tell me to go to costumer support it is god awful and these f~~~ers take forever to respond. I can’t believe that a company this large can still get away with having no chatline or phone number to contact them with.
Okay my problem is whenever i go to download a game on my computer it stops during the download and gives an error saying that the download is corrupt and cancels the download. So far i have found no solution to it and i have tried everything from changing the download region to reinstalling the program but nothing has worked so far.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Such problems is always difficult to spot right away. It seems you have already taken a few steps towards locating the source of this error. There are many ways to diagnose it, here is what I would usually do:
1. Copy the error code and search for solutions on the net.
2. Make sure all the old reg-files of your previous installment of Steam are deleted, before you reinstall. Fastest way to do this is using Ccleaner (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download). In Ccleaner, go to registry- scan for issues- clean selected issues.
3. If you have more than one HDD (or SDD), you might try to install on a different disc. This to check if there might be errors on the disc you have currently been using.
4. Check your if your firewall is open to Steam (on Windows: control panel- windows firewall). If you are using an antivirus- program, check the firewall there as well. You might also try deactivating the antivirus momentarily, to see if the error derives from there.
5. Format and reinstall your entire operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux). Best to format from factory settings and not an earlier backup. It might be time-consuming, but the error is almost guaranteed to be gone when you are done.I usually go for #5 in this list, as it (in general) is less time-consuming than trying to diagnose the error on your own.
Hope this helps, and good luck 🙂

Look in /steamapps/common/ and check for a file that is 0 bytes in size but would otherwise match the game you’re trying to install.
If there is a blank file in your /steamapps/ folder, it is blocking Steam from actually copying the game from the /downloads/ folder into /steamapps/common/. Delete any blank files you find in /steamapps/common/.
