Post having been divorced, the most effective tool at my disposal was a pencil and paper and investing thirty minutes into making a list of every single reason I would have had to divorce HER.

The act of doing this is probably a large part of why guys who “do the divorcing” fare better than those who receive the divorce papers.

I should have known better from lifting wherein if someone makes XXX pounds in the YYYYYYY lift their goal, it almost becomes unattainable.
Progression has to be the goal. For me, it was like an athletic game where you can’t win by defense only.
Suffice it to say that after 30 minutes of writing down why I should have divorced her, the only reasonable conclusion was that she was indeed a worthless hairbag of a c~~~.
