This is a great interview. Paglia is my favorite lesbian feminist. Well, she is the only on my list of those I like. BTW, her books on art are excellent.

What bigger power differential could there be than between the president of the United States and this poor innocent girl? Not only an intern but clearly a girl who had a kind of pleading, open look to her–somebody who was looking for a father figure.

You’ve got to be f~~~ing kidding me. So using your status to attract a woman [AKA “getting laid”] is akin to drugging a woman and raping her unconscious body.

I wish more idealogues could understand that basically *all* elected politicians are Narcissistic Sociopaths and that both parties are equally corrupt. Just because they pay lip service to your favorite pet cause (Loves me guns, dem damn abortionists, whatever) doesn’t change that.

The real secret: It’s all a big circus act designed to distract you from that fact that the  privetly held/controlled(From their own site) “Federal” Reserve Bank is counterfeiting quantitatively easing the value of your hard earned dollars lower every day, effectively beating you with your own stick.

The link above says that they supposedly don’t get to profit from the Fed’s activities, but they conveniently forget to mention that being a shareholder entitles them(member banks – and in turn their shareholders) to a legislatively guaranteed 14% annual return on their shares, PLUS access to the discount window which is basically ginormous interest free loans,  which they  turn around and loan to you and your family/friends at ~18% or more on credit cards,  Mortages they collect interest and fees on, etc.  All for essetially ZERO productive effort on their part.

How’s this for irony: The ultimate free market capitalists are at the same time the ultimate free money welfare bums.  It horrifies me that almost nobody is capable of wrapping their head around the incredible ripoff going on every day – and at THEIR expense.

But yeah, Bill Clinton’s an asshole almost as bad as the kenyan muslim guy we have now, my candidate can beat up your candidate, blah blah blah. </sarcasm>
