I am listening to this guy on the radio as I write: http://criticalhealthnews.com/ He said a zinger that really lit up my brain’s attention centers. He said homeless men who live under bridges and go dumpster diving for their meals are liven longer than the children of billionaires. (He named some names among the latter group.) His answer is that the homeless are forced to eat dog food, and it so happens dog food is fortified with the nutrients which are missing from the diets of the rich and middle class.

He recites a list of things not to eat, and another list of nutrients missing from the diets of those of us who live off modern agriculture and meat production. He takes pills for the missing nutrients.

I am all agog to learn more. You can believe it!

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

It doesn’t surprise me …. we it kindda does … but most people are overfed on crap or stuff masquerading as healthy.

When I travel around Africa I see dirt poor people. They live a very basic life. No ability to eat crap and nothing wasted.

They are fit, lean and on the ball most of the time.

I’m not talking famine but normal African life.

I think the body needs to be hungry most of the time. It’s what drive survival.

Hungry people are fitter than slobs. There is a biological message right there.

My best advice is grow and hunt your own. It’s healthy, get you out and will serve you well with what’s coming down the pipe.

Shares in dog food may be a wise move ☺

I adopted a healthy diet years ago. I am a vegan – although I respect those who choose to eat meat. Everyone should make the choices best for them. My father always ate healthy too and lived to be 95 – almost all of it in great health. I cringe at the garbage being pushed at us today – almost all of it from large corporations who have no interest in your health – only fattening their wallets (and their customers). MGTOW, at least me, is not just about removing the dominance of the other gender from our lives, but any negative outside forces. As men, we have the power to improve our lives in many ways – and this is one of those ways.

Sugar is white death. A single Snickers bar contains enough for a day. But the upper class obviously consumes more.

the children of billionaires are usually entitled pieces of s~~~ with more money than brains and they go party on drugs and alcohol. i bet the guys who actually earned the money are living nice and long lives. also, how many billionaires can there be? who knows what could skew the stats because of a small population pool.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.

Could it be related to the amount of sleep the homeless manage to get?

I see them napping when not ‘working’. In my mind they are their own bosses. And don’t let societal pressures, debts, and bills determine their anxiety, BP, weight or general mental peace.

So overall they live a less emotional fluctuating lifestyle.

When I was in Vancouver, BC for a while they all liked to hang around coffee shops eating bagels and soup.

I don’t get much exposure to the homeless now.

If I become one I would ask money from men only. Like a stand up hobo.

Guess being a billionaire isn’t exactly easy on one’s mental health. Overeating habits, over indulging, and lack of poor self-control or if that’s not the case then just being stressed out in general. Everyone wants something that you have.
