    Charlie Sheen announced he has HIV. This is my take:

    * Abstinence works 100% of the time.
    * Condoms work 85% of the time, when averaged over one year of use.
    * Sheen used none of the above. Winning? I do not think so. More to the point, he put no thought into it at all.
    * In my opinion, Sheen is guilty of attempted murder. That is my opinion, and I am entitled to it because of my First Amendment rights.
