I love history. I also love European history. One thing that really ruffles my feathers is the shaming of men to join the war effort.

Many of you probably know of the white feathers, but it is as relevant today as it echos the same ethos of female behaviour that has been present for a very long time.

For those who don’t know, during the Great War in the British empire, white feathers were given to men at home, usually accompanied with a snarky sarcastic remark. They represented a generally accepted feeling in society that men that did not join the war were cowards.

Unfortunately this bs was founded by a blue pill guy, but was supported by prominent feminists of the time.

Needless to say, it worked, and a lot of men died and had their life ruined by it.

If you think women may have been completely different in the past, think again. That same strain of female behaviour, was still present.

There were also of course some instances where this feather nonsense backfired on the woman.

    From wiki:

Private Norman Demuth, who had been discharged from the British Army after being wounded in 1916, received numerous white feathers after returning from the Western Front, and decided that if the women that handed them out were going to be rude to him, he was going to be rude back.

One of the last feathers he received was presented to him whilst he was travelling on a bus, by a lady who was sat opposite him. She handed over the feather and said, “Here’s a gift for a brave soldier.” Demuth replied, “Thank you very much – I wanted one of those.” He then used the feather to clean out his pipe, handed it back to her and remarked, “You know we didn’t get these in the trenches.” The other passengers subsequently became angry with the woman and started shouting at her, much to Demuth’s amusement.

    Poor bastards.

In hindsight we should have dumped all our women on the beach of Dunkirk when the men left.

Live and learn. We will next time.

We eat up shaming language like pacman eats up those little dots nowadays.

I’ve got my own WAR GOING and I’m not the one that started it! It was thrust upon me from birth!

How is it a society can outcast and demonize its men then expect unwavering loyalty through shaming tactics! They’re f~~~ing NUTS! AND IT SHOWS!

I am thankful for the men who have fought for our nation’s freedom, but a man isn’t a coward for not fighting (especially in more recent “police actions” where our leaders have decided to wage war without the consent of Congress) where our nation’s safety is not in jeopardy.

During Viet Nam we were shamed for joining the military. When I went into the Navy in 1974 a coworker asked me, “How do you feel about joining an organization that drops bombs on babies?” Well, I never dropped any bombs on anyone, but we did bring relief supplies to Cebu after it got hit with a typhoon. There’s nothing wrong with serving something larger than yourself. I think it builds character. We had a lot of characters in the Navy when I was in.

"Don't follow in my footsteps...I stepped in something."

Being immune to female shaming is something that is out of touch to blue pill men.

When you attempt to shame a man who knows exactly what he’s worth and how much he sacrificed & contributed to ensure the safety and comfort of society, you are going to know immediately:

-that your opinion and estimation of him is worthless.

-that you deserve nothing from him.

My brother make you no follow sheeple o. Look them and Go Your Way.

All shaming efforts are based in hypocrisy.

    @joetech

: “How do you feel about joining an organization that drops bombs on babies?”
    : “Aren’t you supposed to be pro-choice?”
