He had no cancer, no hip, knee, or shoulder replacement, no orthopedic surgery. He had appendectomy surgery at 10, excellent cardiovascular status, no history of alcohol or tobacco.

The media just omitted all the statistic and just mis-quote the letter. The media deliberately say nothing about the numbers because they cannot paint the letter as bulls~~~ if it has the numbers.
