Good pick up on the verbiage. She means it. If you look at her history it’s is staggering how she treats men in third world nations. In Haiti, when the earthquake happened she and Bill were at the fore in the emergency aid.

This sounds like a proposal for the radical expansion of common law marriage, not unlike that in British Columbia. This could even extend to child support for children born before or during the “marriage”.
