TL;DR version: a woman buys into the lie that women are friendly creatures. She invests a lot of private money to set up a company without men. The whole shebang (pun intended) goes south because of women. In the end, the company is bankrupt – and so is she. She learnt the hard way that there is no “sisterhood”. The term in itself just sounds weird compared to brotherhood.

I believe people mistake “civil” with “friendly”. “Civil” is just being able to tolerate each other without starting a fight. “Friendly” is actually caring about the welfare of other individuals.

Most people in groups, both men and women, are not friendly. Most groups of people are usually civil when they all have the same unifying goal. When that is not the case, infighting quickly develops and the group collapses.

That’s how I know it in business. If I think that bulls~~~ is being decided, I will call it out, and I don’t care whether it’s my boss where it comes from.

However, if my boss still decides that this is the way to go, then I will do my best to get things done his way. It’s good to make things clear in the decision phase, but there’s no point in bitching around past that. I’m paid for getting s~~~ done, not for whining.

In fact, I like bossy but fair bosses. They are easy to work with because they know what they want. By contrast, I really don’t get along with insecure beta pseudo bosses who don’t assume leadership. Gimme a f~~~ing alpha boss, and I’m fine.

Btw, I have a nice little trick how I can afford calling a spade for a spade in technical terms without risking derailing that into a status fight. That way, I show respect for the hierarchy itself and get away with purely technical objections.

Have seen this one before. I was going to add to this because I also recently created a website a “start up” run by a woman. It was a “commissioned” work someone else (a man) hired me to do to elevate her brand , because she worked for him and he wanted to make her business look good. He even offered to pay for half of it.

She has such a blasé attitude about it, it’s staggering.
It’s HER BUSINESS and she’s all “whatever”.

Place your bets on whether or not she holds up her end of the bargain. Same kind of story here. More drama than substance. I could go on for a month about the largely female “hive” I worked for a few years ago. 8 guys pulled all the strings and the 32 women paraded around in their clunky heels and backstab each other all day. Nice to hear it from a woman on the inside for a change.

We hear it less often from them, because they seem to LIVE for this s~~~.

Women take everything personally and that is why most leadership roles in businesses are filled by men.

Men can hate one another but can put it aside to complete a task or mission. Then go back to the previous way of dislike. (An extreme point) Women cannot.
