Hello Men,

Being new to this site I wanted to introduce myself. Being in my late 40’s i am so glad i found this place, nothing is more confusing to me then watching, the drama that is male and female relationships. My wake up call is when i was fired for saying, ” Oh my you have missed a few meals your so thin are you OK?”, this was a general concern not a smart ass comment.

Now this taught me that women cannot be trusted, they are female coworkers are very fickle, and our society, doesn’t give a hoot about fairness, if a complaint is brought by a female you LOSE!

I digress, I am very happy to find this site, so a little about me.

I am in the IT field

I am happily married but my b~~~~ are still attached.

My favorite book is Real Men: According to Jim.

My favorite shows are MASH, The Red Green Show, The Man Show, The Three Stooges and ESPN sports Center. ( all regular guy shows)

I smoke cigars and I buy beer that’s on sale.

I am a NHRA fan, and a Seattle Mariners Fan

Welcome aboard! That same thing has happened to me, more times than I can remember. I made what I thought was a harmless remark, and her inner man hater erupts! Luckily, I was never fired for it.

I have 5 women and 3 men that work directly for me.  The women have a pack mentality when it comes to workplace behavior and will unite instantly against a perceived wrong by a male co-worker but never against each other.

There is 1 in particular who is the instigator, I don’t fire her because I like to keep her around just to torment her.

This was funny….I would hire only men, but I am in a construction field…Not many women want physically extreme,  uncomfortable or dirty work…..I am very thankful, everyday, for this fact..

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.
