I discovered MGTOW after the most difficult time in my life. Within two weeks of each other I found out my wife was leaving and I was being medically separated from the military. The sum of my life consisted of these two things. Times got dark. I lashed out at everyone including myself. No matter how insufferable I became my brothers pulled me through.

I found myself anxious and depressed focusing on rebuilding my life and constantly seeking female attention. After some time I finally had a ‘Why?’ moment. The more I researched it the more I began to understand how I had been programmed from birth. I have embraced the MGTOW ideology for a couple years now. I didn’t know what to call it and I thought I was alone. My research eventually led me here, and here I found brothers.
