Hello men, I’ve being in the shadows of this site for a fair amount of time now! Unsure of what to think… I’m 45 and have basically don’t have much going for me anymore! She took most of it 3 years ago. I believe I’m still experiencing the red pill rage?… Honestly I can’t even stand women anymore! Parts of me wish I didn’t feel this way but in time I hope I can except it and become happy. Most times my thoughts just go blank and I don’t know what to say… perhaps this the rage causing that?
My one big question that I wish to ask is “ Now what? I’m lost… What do I do with myself? How do I get myself back?”

I remember as a young man in my late teen years I was into mountain biking heavily… not so much into girls! Great shape and worked at a bike shop while going to school. Those days seemed to be my happiest! Girls were interested and chasing me but honestly I didn’t care! I was as free as I’ve ever being! Want that back!!!

I too recall an “empty” feeling I had after my divorce, and also wondering, what now. For me, it took a few years to get moving again.

Of course there was the rage and hurt that I needed to work through. That took some time.

But also, later, part of the process was I needed to weed through all the brain-washing we males receive from the time we are born. The notion being we are only successful as men if we can secure a woman in marriage and provide for her wants and needs.

The thing that helped me a great deal was to get busy with something. The second was to realize I was in control of what I did with my life from that time forward. No excuses, no blame, me in charge of myself.

Yeah, the feeling will go away in time. Get laid a few times, dump the bitch after, dont chase any of them, let them chase you, treat them like you dont need them, and see how they respect you. Never disclose anything personal. Sounds like you got screwed by the legal system. Best to just let it drift away from your conscience. It will take time, you will find yourself p~~~ed off thinking about it less and less. But have fun, if you have fun you will find that you think of it less. It takes time, normal to still be p~~~ed.
