“I am never usually one to ask for help, but I am at a point in my life where I really really need help.

I am a veteran and have always been a hard worker ensuring that I am financially stable to support my family. I am currently on military orders, and in the process of moving to Fort Bliss, Texas for at least a year.

I am going through a very nasty divorce from my abusive husband who is fighting me for custody of our 1 year old daughter. He is a sex addict who psychologically, emotionally, economically, and sexually abused me through our marriage. I am trying desperately to protect my baby and myself from him. I am asking for assistance in order to help pay for lawyers fees for the divorce and my protection order proceedings as between the legal fees and excessive bills that have added up in other areas I am struggling to stay afloat. He has ample money at his disposal while I am struggling desperately just to live each day financially another area he is trying to use against me to take custody away of our daughter. I love my daughter with every once of my being and will protect her no matter how much it causes me to suffer. I have already exhausted all of my financial resources I could access to help, but now I am turning to my friends and community for help. Anything you are able to spare is beyond greatly appreciated, and will be paid forward as soon as I am back on my feet again, or if you would like to do a loan, I am more than willing to do so, just know it may take me at least a year to get it all paid back.”
