I have been reading at this forum for couple of days after hearing about it in some youtube comments about feminism. This is rather interesting cause when I think about my X that broke up with me last month because she couldnt change me, she tried to explain it in this term that I was a incomplete wall with some missing pieces and she tried to fix it.  I tried to change over and over again to her intrest. I moved from my family, friends, basically I gave up almost everything because of her just so I could make her happy and yet she was not satisfied.

3 years passed and she left me in the dust cause I didnt give her enough attention or was intrested in what she wanted me to be. She left with about everything except the bed/couch/plates and some cutlery, so here I am completly crushed and wondering what to do at this point.

I can be damn sure I’ve been better of without her at this point and I don’t ever want to go trough something like this again, after reading up on this marriage thing and other experiences I don’t want to take that risk cause it just doesnt seem to be worth it. Still i got a soft spot for women but I wont ever be controlled like that again, I will go my own way this time and do what I want.

I don’t agree with everything on these posts tough but the majority I can relate to and understand.

ILiveAgain, Thanks, I’m really trying to settle down but it’s hard. Guess I have to give it some time to realise my true freedom, but right now my situation sucks.

And don’t worry CrazyCanuck I realised after being pushed around doing all the chores for so long that wont happend anytime soon. 🙂  I can recall only the first 2-3 months she actually helped with some of them, from there I did like 90% of all of it because she was “tired”, like I’m not tired after comming home after a 84hr work week(I usally work 12hr shifts, 7 day on and 7 days of) and she expects me to wash down the apartment, make dinner/snacks or whatever, do the dishes and all that in my spare time, I’m just saying that was never done during the time while I was working and when I asked nicely for help she would just put me down and complain about how hard it was for her.. yeah, what about me? she didnt care.

Digesting the red pill can take quite a while. Everything is up in the air for you. Emotions are being pulled back and forth.

You may feel alone, betrayed, used and angry.

This will also pass … with time. We have all been where you are now. We know this pain very very well. But we are still here …. and better for it.

So just stick around and let us know how you’re doing please.

@mack, I was thinking the same thing too, unless some outrageous post we didn’t see was entirely deleted? I don’t smell any tuna, but then again KeyMaster is good at keeping the deck clean…..
